Machine and heart

The machine heart, from "Zhuangzi Tiandi", refers to the skillful and utilitarian heart. If you take apart the word "machine mind", you will get two words - "machine" and "heart". "Machine", I mean it as the controller of the robot, which can issue commands to the actuator according to the collected information and drive the robot to complete various command actions; "heart" refers to the human heart, which controls our mood and sorrow and various rich emotions, so that human beings are not a thin individual. In today's continuous development of science and technology, robots have gradually entered our lives, such as sweeping robots, construction robots, servo robots, etc., which have brought a lot of convenience to our lives. If in the near future, the performance of the "machine" surpasses the "heart", does it mean that robots will replace humans? With this question in mind, I participated in the Nandu Small Reporter Future Camp "Exploring Robots" activity organized by the Southern Metropolis Newspaper.
During the visit, I was deeply touched by the construction robot. In the traditional building wall panel installation, three workers can install 8 pieces in an hour, but if it is handed over to the PC interior wall installation robot to work, a robot can install at least 20 pieces in an hour, the work efficiency is greatly improved, and all the work preparation only needs to enter a few codes. For another example, the measurement robot can complete the actual measurement of a single room in 2 minutes, and the measurement accuracy is within ±1mm, and the accuracy of the measurement is far better than that of the manual. When more and more high-performance robots are popularized, in this world full of "machines", where are our human advantages? I think, maybe it's the "heart". Because the "heart" is what the "machine" does not have, and the biggest characteristic of us humans is that we have the "heart".
Nandu Small Reporter Future Camp members experience the robot delivery function.
At noon on the day of the event, we walked into the robot restaurant and tasted the food that the restaurant robot made for us. Compared with other restaurants, the freshness of the robot restaurant is that the meals here are all made by robots, the delivery service is also completed by robots, and there is no manual service in the entire restaurant, as long as the customer presses a button or sends a voice command, there is a robot to achieve the demand. Everyone present at the time felt remarkable, and it seemed as if robots could do everything. But I was caught up in thinking: Can robots really replace humans?
It is understood that the robot chef is cooked according to the program, and the programmer of each link is set in advance, and the robot only needs to execute the instructions without thinking. And human chefs cooking dishes have a lot of uncertainty, it is possible to put too much seasoning, it is possible to master the heat is not good, there may be a preference for sweet personal hobbies, the same dish by different chefs to make different tastes, but also because of this unique flavor, human chefs will also think about the summary in some mistakes in the operation, in the improvement of the creation of new dishes. This is the unique feature of human beings with the "heart". Manual service is indeed not as efficient and accurate as robot service, and the quality of service will be uneven, but we can often see some of the pictures in the restaurant of manual service: smiling during meals to ask whether the meal is suitable for taste, and helping elderly customers to sit down and ask for warmth... These seemingly ordinary ones make people feel a kind of warmth between people and each other, which is difficult for robots to do with "hearts".
I believe that the emergence and development of robots should be to assist human beings, serve human beings, and improve the quality of human life, rather than to replace human beings. Because of the "heart", human beings have the ability to learn themselves, think independently, consciously improve, invent and create, as well as rich emotions and splendid civilization, which cannot be replaced by "machine".
