Shanghai sampling found that the unqualified rate of the goods was 50%, involving two costumes! Customer service response

On January 16, CCTV reported that the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and Administration conducted a sampling inspection of the goods sold on the e-commerce live broadcast platform and found that the content of raw materials was arbitrarily marked and shoddy was a common problem in adult clothing. Six types of goods such as infant clothing, adult clothing, clothing accessories, shoes, bags and bedding sold by 9 e-commerce live broadcast platforms were sampled. The results of this random inspection show that the sampling failure rate of the obtained platform is 50%, the failure rate of kuaishou sampling is 40%, and the failure rate of Xiaohongshu sampling is 28.6%.

In the early morning of January 17, dewu App posted that in response to the problems in the products sold by the dewu App merchants reported by the media, it has been verified and dealt with for the first time. After verification, on August 2, 2021, Dewu has removed two related commodities from the 2021 Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau's spot check on the supervision of live e-commerce sales.

On July 30, 2021, the test report received by Dewu App showed that the spot check involved four batches of four product samples, of which the sampling report of two batches of two products showed that there were unqualified items on the instructions (labels).

It is reported that the two problem goods are the "men's pocket logo short sleeves" sold by Shanghai Shakma Technology Co., Ltd. and the "back to the future black and white plaid down jacket" sold by Hangzhou Black Star Clothing Co., Ltd.

Dewu App said that the "men's pocket logo short sleeves" sold by Shanghai Shakma Technology Co., Ltd. have the problem of incorrect size specifications and incorrect graphic symbols. For example, in the case of incorrect labeling of the number specification, the instructions (labels) for the use of the product should be marked as M (170/90A), while the sample products are only marked with M. Shanghai Shakuma Technology Co., Ltd. posted that Dewu App has terminated its cooperation with the company in November 2021.

In addition, the "Back to the Future Black and White Plaid Down Jacket" sold by Hangzhou Black Star Clothing Co., Ltd. has problems such as unmarked address, filling name, fleece content and filling amount, irregular labeling of the fiber composition of the surface material, inconsistent labeling of hangtags and shuffling marks, and incorrect labeling of the implemented product standards. Hangzhou Black Star Clothing Co., Ltd. issued a document saying that the product itself meets national standards in terms of physical and chemical indicators and safety.

Dewu App said that the follow-up will strengthen the platform's management of merchants, and conduct regular inspections and spot checks on the identification of merchants' goods, and once problems are found, they will deal with problematic merchants in a timely manner.
