China Academy of Information and Communications Technology: National value-added telecommunications business licensing enterprises in 2021 increased by 25.7% year-on-year

On January 17, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released a report on the licensing of domestic value-added telecommunications services: as of the end of December 2021, there were 118289 value-added telecommunications business licenses nationwide (of which 5,130 enterprises held value-added telecommunications business licenses issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Communications Administration), an increase of 25.7% over the previous year, of which 26,812 cross-regional enterprises licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and 26,812 cross-regional enterprises were licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and each province (autonomous region, A total of 96,607 local enterprises were licensed by the Municipal Communications Administration, an increase of 19.4% and 26.7% respectively over the previous year.
