In recent years, our province has seized the opportunity of electrification, intelligence and networking of the automobile industry, optimized and upgraded the structure of the automobile industry, promoted the innovative development of new energy and intelligent networked vehicles, and built a world-class trillion-dollar automobile industry cluster. Among them, Hefei and Wuhu regard the new energy and intelligent networked automobile industry as the focus of strategic emerging industry development, and the industrial agglomeration is accelerating, and the industrial advantages are more obvious. In this regard, Lu Lixin, a member of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, suggested that we should build an industrial chain of chip and software research and development, accelerate the application of new energy and intelligent networked vehicle scenarios, and strive to build a world-class new energy and intelligent networked vehicle industry cluster.

At present, with the support of Hefei and Wuhu new energy and intelligent networked automobile industry bases, the new energy and intelligent networked automobile industry cluster in our province has occupied a place in the country. However, the scale of production and marketing still needs to be improved, the competitiveness of the industry needs to be strengthened, the number of key components in the industrial chain agglomeration enterprises is not large, and the number of small giant enterprises in the key components of the industrial chain agglomeration enterprises is not large, and the progress of intelligent networked vehicle testing and demonstration applications is slow. Member Lu Lixin suggested that enterprises, colleges and universities, and scientific research institutes in our province be encouraged and supported to gather innovative resources, strengthen international cooperation in the field of new energy and intelligent networked vehicles, accelerate the construction of innovation platforms and new research and development institutions, and enhance the ability of independent innovation and collaborative innovation. Establish an intelligent networked automobile industry organization in Anhui Province, build an integrated intelligent networked automobile development industry system for government, industry, academia and research, and promote cooperation between key enterprises and universities to attract and retain talents.

"The chip is not only the core component of each key node in the hardware architecture of intelligent networked vehicles, but also undertakes the key task of opening up software and hardware, and is the key support for the upgrading of intelligent networked vehicle products." However, at present, automotive chips are heavily dependent on foreign suppliers and have become a technical difficulty of the 'card neck' of the automotive industry. Member Lu Lixin suggested that Hefei and Wuhu divide labor and cooperate, vigorously introduce the chip industry chain and production technology, and realize the localization of chips. At the same time, accelerate the application of new energy and intelligent networked vehicle scenarios, build a convenient, efficient and moderately advanced centralized charging and replacement power station and public charging pile network system, encourage the application of power exchange mode and business model innovation, form a convenient charging and replacement network, and improve the province's charging infrastructure construction and operation service system. Promote the construction of highly automated driving demonstration areas. Explore the commercial demonstration application of intelligent connected vehicles in specific industries such as connecting buses, logistics, sanitation and cleaning, as well as specific areas such as mining areas, parks, scenic spots, airports, railway stations, ports, and parking lots.
