From palace maid to empress dowager, she accompanied Kangxi for fifty years, and the first child gave birth to the Great Qing Tianzi

In the history of the harem of the Qing Dynasty, there were only two empresses who were crowned empresses as palace women, one was Empress Xiaogongren, the biological mother of the Yongzheng Emperor, and the other was Empress Xiaoyichun, the biological mother of the Jiaqing Emperor. Ancient society has always attached importance to the difference between concubines, not to mention that the palace women are inferior people who can no longer be concubines, can obtain the title of empress, the difficulty coefficient can be imagined, these two women, although they did not become empresses before they died, but eventually they all have the title of empress, one of them also became the empress dowager, she is the only Empress Renshou of the Qing Dynasty who sat on the throne as a palace maid, that is, Empress Xiaogongren.

Manchurian man from the creator of the world

Ancient society, which has always attached importance to birth, especially the emperor of the Ninth Five-Year Emperor, after succeeding to the throne, has madly advocated how powerful the background of the mother's family is, and Yongzheng is naturally no exception. After Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, he called his mother's Wuya family "the old clan of this dynasty, the founding master", in fact, this old clan and the famous family are a bit virtual, and they need to be put in quotation marks.

It is said that the ancestors of empress Dowager Uya lived in the Hada region (the Hada tribe of the four jurchens of Haixi), and soon after the establishment of Nurhaci, the Uya clan submitted to the imperial court.

Empress Xiaogongren's great-grandfather was named Ebergen, and according to Yongzheng, Ebogen was raised by Taizu Nurhaci at the court as a child, and was regarded as a nephew. To tell the truth, the author is really skeptical about this statement, because with the family background of the Uya clan, how can Nurhaci look at it, nine times out of ten it is yongzheng fabricated, anyway, he is the emperor, he is the boss, what he says is what he says.

In contrast, Empress Xiaogongren's grandfather, Echan (the eldest son of Ebogen), was really a bit skilled.

This ershen, originally just a small dining room chief, was in charge of the court cook, but later followed the chaopin Gong Yanguli to the battlefield, and Yanguli was killed by the enemy pawn hiding behind the stone with a shotgun, which made the Emperor Taiji very sad. At this time, the pawn who killed Yanguli was exposed, and the Emperor Taiji ordered Ersan to pursue him. The next day, Eun San lived up to the expectations of the people and brought back the corpse of the pawn, and the Emperor Taiji was very happy and gave Eusan baron.

Later, Eshan followed the Qing army south, repeatedly made military achievements, was appointed as a first-class lieutenant, served as a consul, and became the minister of the interior of Zheng Yipin.

But at this time, The Elder Ginseng did not know whether he was proud or negligent, he made a mistake, so he lost his title, as for what was the mistake, he did not say, only said that it was "fate to cut the knight".

Note: The author believes that this mistake not only made him lose his title, but also had an impact on his family, making the Wuya clan become a wrapper, the forehead ginseng belongs to the yellow flag coat, and some relatives have been assigned to the blue flag coat.

Sure enough, Eshan's son Wei Wu (Empress Xiaogongren's father) was just a small Zhengwupin wrapped guard army leader, but all this would change. On March 19, 1660, the seventeenth year of Shunzhi (1660), the mighty wife Saihe Rishi gave birth to a daughter named Marum (Uya? Ma Zhen), this daughter was the future Empress Xiaogongren, the birth mother of the Yongzheng Emperor.

From the palace maid to the virtuous lady who was listed as the fourth concubine

February of the twelfth year of the Kangxi Dynasty (1673) was the annual draft month for palace women, and a number of palace women were selected into the court, including the mighty daughter Wu Yashi, who was only 14 years old (imaginary age) at this time. Along with the Wuya clan, there was also a Wanliu Ha clan who was the daughter of Torbi in the Wupinlang and also came from the Baoyi family, and this Wanliu Ha clan was the later Concubine Ding, that is, the one with the longest lifespan in the qing dynasty harem.

At this time, how old Kangxi was, just turned twenty years old, it was the time of the flesh and blood Fang Gang, and it was also the time when the Yang Qi was at its peak, and it was naturally impossible to hold on to the beautiful palace girl, and it was obvious that Wu Yashi was a beautiful young palace girl.

In the Qing Palace, the emperor will not meet with the palace women casually, and the bridge section where the emperor meets a palace girl in the royal garden will obviously not be staged.

So, how did these palace ladies get into the dragon bed? This requires someone to refer, who? Generally the empress or the lord of the harem, according to historical data, the third empress of Kangxi, Empress Xiaoyiren, repeatedly introduced beautiful palace women to her husband Kangxi during the presidency of the harem. Of course, the Wuya clan entered the palace earlier, and it was obvious that it was not recommended by Empress Xiaoyiren, who died in childbirth as early as the thirteenth year of Kangxi. Therefore, the probability that Empress Xiaozhao would recommend the Wuya clan was the greatest.

From the entry of the Wuya clan into the palace in the twelfth year of the Kangxi Dynasty to the birth of the fourth son of the Emperor Yin Chan in the seventeenth year of the Kangxi Dynasty, there was a gap period of five years, and these five years did not rule out that the Wu ya clan had a period of palace experience.

The era of Uyashi is coming, and the legend of six children in ten years is about to be staged.

On October 30, the seventeenth year of Kangxi (1678), the 19-year-old Wu Yashi gave birth to a child for Kangxi for the first time, as a young prince, named Yin Chan, who was the future Iron Mask Emperor Yongzheng Emperor.

From palace maid to empress dowager, she accompanied Kangxi for fifty years, and the first child gave birth to the Great Qing Tianzi

In other words, this Wuya clan was still a step too late to give birth, and a year before (the sixteenth year of Kangxi), Kangxi had already sealed the harem, and had crowned Empress Xiaozhao, Tong Guifei (Empress Xiaoyiren) and seven concubines (An Concubine Li, Jing Concubine Zhang Jia, Duan Concubine Dong Clan, Rong Concubine Ma Jia Clan, Hui Concubine Na la Clan, Yi Concubine Guo Luo Luo Clan and Concubine Hesheli Clan).

Although wu ya had just given birth to a prince, from the birth, it was naturally incomparable with Xiao Zhao and Tong Guifei, and in terms of seniority, it was not the opponent of Rong Concubine and Hui Concubine. However, Kangxi was so fond of the Wuya clan that shortly after giving birth to Yin Chan, the Wuya clan became pregnant with a dragon fetus again, so Kangxi made a special case in the eighteenth year of Kangxi and crowned the Wuya clan as a concubine. (Note: The Kangxi concubines liked to come in batches, and rarely couldonize a concubine individually)

On the fifth day of February in the nineteenth year of the Kangxi Dynasty, wu yashi, who had been made a concubine, gave birth to the sixth son of the Kangxi Emperor and named yinzuo.

To say that the names of many sons of Kangxi have extraordinary meanings and sounds good, but the name of Yin Zuo is the most cattle, how can it be cattle? You can check the meaning of "Zuo", in addition to blessings and blessings, there is another layer of meaning, that is, the throne. Although Kangxi had already made Yinrong crown prince at this time, giving such a name to a certain prince either liked the prince or liked the mother of the child.

Unfortunately, Yin Zuo only lived for six years before he died, otherwise, he would definitely be a fierce general in the later struggle to seize the wife.

On December 20, the twentieth year of the Kangxi Dynasty, the Wuya clan once again ushered in a highlight moment. On this day, Kangxi sealed the harem for the second time, Tong's cousin (Empress Xiaoyiren) was made an imperial concubine, and Xiao Zhao's sister Niu Hulu was given the title of noble concubine (Wen Qigui concubine), and then in the four concubines, hui, Yi, De, and Rong.

At this time, the 22-year-old Wu Ya clan had surpassed the Rong Concubine Ma Jia Clan and ranked third among the four concubines, JuYong and Gong.

Note: The six concubines who were canonized this year were the women that Kangxi really loved. Needless to say, Emperor Tong's concubine was not only Kangxi's cousin, but also the lord of the six palaces, and Wen Concubine, as Kangxi's wife and sister, was also not spared, giving birth to the emperor's tenth son, YinXuan, and the emperor's eleventh daughter, and the remaining four concubines, not to mention, Huifei gave birth to two, Yifei gave birth to three, Princess De gave birth to six, and Concubine Rong gave birth to six. Together, these six women bore Kangxi twenty children, which shows Kangxi's favor for them.

Note: Three of the four concubines of Kangxi (Hui, Yi, De, and Rong) were from the Baoyi family, and only RongFei (Ma Jia) was born in the Eight Banners, that is to say, Huifei, Yifei and Defei were all from the palace women.

On the first day of June in the twenty-first year of the Kangxi Dynasty, the Wuya clan gave birth to the seventh daughter of the emperor for Kangxi, but unfortunately, this imperial daughter only lived for more than two months before dying.

On September 22, 22, kangxi, the Wuya clan continued to work hard and gave birth to the ninth daughter of the emperor, who was sent to the Ningshou Palace of Empress Renxian (Empress Xiaohuizhang) shortly after her birth. Therefore, this imperial daughter was treated better than other sisters from an early age. Moreover, the Ninth Daughter of the Emperor has been very intelligent since she was a child, "intelligent and dreamy", "sexually self-pleasing poetry book", and is really a very talented royal woman.

Kangxi also very much loved this daughter, and was reluctant to marry her to Mongolia, so he married her to shun'an Yan, the grandson of his uncle Tong Guowei, and during the Kangxi period, the Tong family tree with the background of the imperial relatives and state relatives had deep roots and was known as "half a dynasty", and married his daughter into the Tong family, which showed that Kangxi attached great importance to this daughter. However, the ninth daughter of the Emperor was also a thin-lived woman, only living for 20 years, and what was unexpected was that the princess still died of heat stroke. It seems that Yongzheng also attached great importance to this sister, and after succeeding to the throne, he posthumously honored her as Princess Gulun Wenxian.

However, Uya's fertility journey is not over.

On April 24, 25, the Kangxi Dynasty, Wu Yashi gave birth to the twelve daughters of the Emperor, who also had a short life and lived only 12 years.

On the ninth day of the first lunar month of the 27th year of the Kangxi Dynasty, the 29-year-old Wu Yashi gave birth for the last time and gave birth to the fourteenth son of the emperor, Yin Zhen. What is unexpected is that it is because of this younger son that Wu Yashi broke with the eldest son Yongzheng.

From palace maid to empress dowager, she accompanied Kangxi for fifty years, and the first child gave birth to the Great Qing Tianzi

Note: On the issue of kangxi's child rearing, in the early days of Kangxi, it is generally necessary to give the children to the palace ministers to raise, such as the emperor's eldest son Yin Zhen and the emperor's third son Yin Zhi (the eldest brother was raised in the general manager of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Garlu, and the third brother was raised in the internal minister Qi'erji), and some will also be raised by the elders in the palace, for example, the fifth son of the emperor, Yin Qi, was raised by Empress Renxian, the seventeenth son of the emperor, Yin Li, was raised by Shu Huifei, and some would be raised by other concubines, such as the fourth son of the emperor, Yin Chen, who was raised by Empress Xiao Yiren (then the imperial concubine), The thirteenth son of the Emperor, Yin Xiang, was raised by Concubine De. Only the emperor's second son, Yin Rong, was happy and was personally brought up by the Kangxi Emperor.

The Empress Dowager who broke with the Emperor

On November 13, 61, Kangxi died of illness in Changchun Garden, and seven days later, Yin Chan the Prince of Yong succeeded to the throne as the Yongzheng Emperor.

Logically, the son became the emperor, and the mother should be happy. However, next, a series of performances of Wu Yashi made people's glasses fall sharply, and also made Yongzheng bear the insult of forcing his mother.

First of all, Wu Yashi cried and cried to be martyred for the former emperor Kangxi. This made Yongzheng really a little embarrassed, he became the emperor himself, but his mother wanted to be martyred, so Yongzheng said that if the Uya clan was martyred, his emperor would not do it, and also followed the father and emperor, and the Uya clan gave up.

Secondly, when the new emperor ascended the throne, he would generally go to the empress dowager first, but the Wuya clan refused the salute of his son Yongzheng. That is to say, she did not recognize the emperor, which made Yongzheng too embarrassed. His own mother did not admit that she was the emperor, so it didn't make sense, and finally under Yongzheng's bitter pleading, Wu Yashi reluctantly accepted.

Again, reject the empress dowager's insignia. After Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, he honored his mother as the Empress Dowager of the Virgin Mary, and the insignia was Renshou, which was a dream thing for any woman, but wu Yashi refused to give the emblem on the grounds of the Kangxi funeral period, and to tell the truth, still did not recognize Yongzheng as the emperor.

Finally, there is the issue of moving the palace. The palace where the Uya clan has been living is the Yonghe Palace, after Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, the Uya clan, who was already the empress dowager, should naturally move to ningshou palace, but the uya clan refused to move to ningshou palace, and in the end, Yongzheng also had no way to take this mother, and the Uya clan did not move out of the Yonghe Palace until death.

From palace maid to empress dowager, she accompanied Kangxi for fifty years, and the first child gave birth to the Great Qing Tianzi

In fact, all of this lies in The younger son of the Wuya clan, Yin Zhen (胤禵).

After Kangxi succeeded to the throne, Yongzheng immediately recalled his younger brother Yin Yu from the northwest battlefield, and then imprisoned him in Jingling, how could Wu Yashi be happy to see his younger son receive such treatment? Moreover, perhaps in wu ya's heart, the younger son Yin Yu was the legitimate heir of Kangxi, and even if the eldest son became emperor, he could not accept it.

When encountering such a mother, Yongzheng really called the heavens and the earth unspiritual.

In fact, at this time, What Yongzheng wants most is not his birth mother Wu Yashi, but another woman, she is the Xiaoyiren Empress Tong Jiashi who has raised her for ten years, although Tong Jiashi is only her own adoptive mother, but she cares deeply for Yongzheng when she was a child, so that she can experience the feeling of being like a mother, at this time, Yongzheng, how much hope that her adoptive mother Tong Jiashi can live!

On May 22 of the first year of Yongzheng, the news of the empress dowager Wu Yashi's serious illness suddenly came from Yonghe Palace, and Yongzheng immediately rushed to Yonghe Palace to serve soup medicine day and night, but on the night of the ugly (1:00 to 3:00 on May 23), Wu yashi died.

As you can see, from the onset of illness to death, only one day, it can be said that it is sudden death.

Judging from the archives, Uya's does not have a serious illness, so why did he suddenly die? How did he die? It is necessary to let people expand the imagination space, under the play of political enemies, there is a saying that Yongzheng forced his mother, such as forcing him to crash into a pillar and die, for this reason, Yongzheng also explained it in the "Mystery of Great Righteousness", but he wanted to cover up the michigan.

In the author's opinion: Yongzheng did not have the need to force the death of his biological mother Uyashi, on the contrary, the death of Uyashi would bring himself a bad reputation, speculating that Uyashi should have committed suicide, and Uyashi still broke with his son Yongzheng. Of course, the Uya clan also had the idea of being buried with Kangxi, because if the Kangxi Underground Palace was closed, the Uya clan needed to be buried separately in the Empress Mausoleum.

From palace maid to empress dowager, she accompanied Kangxi for fifty years, and the first child gave birth to the Great Qing Tianzi

Although his mother broke with himself, Yongzheng still held a funeral for him, and chose the place of funeral in the Jingshan Shou Imperial Palace, which was the place where Yongzheng and his grandfather Shunzhi Emperor were to treat the funeral, yongzheng this is to let his mother enjoy the treatment of the emperor, which can be described as giving enough face.

In August of the first year of Yongzheng, Yongzheng was honored by his mother Empress Wuya as Empress Xiaogong Xuanhui Wen Su Ding Yuzan Tiancheng Shengren, and on the first day of September, Wu Yashi and the Kangxi Emperor were buried together in the Jingling Underground Palace. Later, after Qianlong and Jiaqing, the final title was: Filial Piety Xuanhui Wen Su Ding Yu Ci Chun Qin Mu Zan Tiancheng Shengren Empress.

Zichen said:

Empress Xiaogongren Wu Yashi can be said to be a legendary woman in the history of the harem of the Qing Dynasty, she was extremely favored by the Kangxi Emperor, and gave birth to six children in ten years, but because of the succession of the new emperor, she broke with her son Yongzheng. Therefore, about this woman, there are also two wind directions, pink fourth master Yongzheng, for Yongzheng to hold, why are the two sons of the same mother, the difference will be so big, pink fourteen masters, will be praised for the behavior of Uyashi, right and wrong, when people comment on themselves.
