Honda is a space magician. Most manufacturers take into account the rear space and usually do not allow the sitting position to be very low. Steering feel: Calibration is seamless, but the feel is heavy
If you only look at the calibration level, the steering feel of this steering wheel is undoubtedly perfect. The steering wheel is more comfortable to hold, and the change of damping and return positive torque is very delicate, whether it is with the speed change or with the angle change, it can be said that there is no flaw. In addition, the sense of stability and center of the driving is very strong. Unfortunately, the directivity is not sharp, and there is even a little bit of ambiguity. I don't know if it is related to the fact that the car is a new car and only ran 110 kilometers.
It is worth mentioning that the steering ratio of Yingshipai is very reasonable, and it is more than enough downstream in the urban working conditions. The left hand is clockwise from 9 o'clock to 4 o'clock, which is basically the limit that can be screwed without changing hands. Because the steering ratio is reasonable, turn right into a right angle into the path, which is enough to turn in. Some cars, the same route, hit to 4 o'clock, can only barely turn in, the turn will be larger. That's right, I'm talking about the Civic and CX30.
But I have to say that a good calibration does not mean that the turning feel is suitable for everyone. From the stylistic point of view, the turn of the Yingshi school is very heavy. It can be said that in my five years, I have never seen such a heavy turn. When I hit the direction, my entire forearm and elbow were obviously straining. Maybe this is deliberately creating a sense of movement? It is said that the steering of the Accord is also very heavy. Although I adapted after three or four turns, I always felt that it had sunk to the point of being impractical and tired. Fortunately, for me, the direction of the Yingshipai when it came to the collapse of the library was not heavy, and it was not tired.
Pedals and powertrain: Good ride, not fast response
The test drive is a petrol version of the top fitting, equipped with a 1.5T engine and A CVT transmission. The foot feel of the throttle and brakes was very good. Pedal feedback and changes in power and braking force are linear and match each other. It's easy to get off to a smooth start, and Autohold does well, and it's not easy to nod when it's close to braking. This throttle brake pedal, which can be said to be ready to use, does not require any adaptation, which is very good.
The smoothness of the gearbox is very good, and it can be said that the movement of gear changes can be felt in daily use. Except for the big throttle when starting, there are three times similar to the feeling of upshifting, blind guessing is simulating one, two or three gears. However, it should be emphasized that the response of the gearbox is not fast. In addition, the climb of the speed is not fast, especially in the range of three thousand to four thousand revolutions. If you have ever opened the Civic, then compared with the response of the Yingshipai, there will be a very obvious psychological gap. However, even if the response of the Yingshipai is not fast, it is more than enough to meet the power demand, especially in the case of tip in, the car's speed performance is OK.
Overall, the car doesn't feel like it's powerful, going to high turns but not falling in love with high spins. Chassis filtration and support: Yingshipai performed well, but the Civic was too strong

Driving on the road with small potholes, the filtration of small vibrations is very clean. Unfortunately, the filtration of medium vibrations is not so in place. Although there is no sense of impact under moderate vibration, the toughness is insufficient, and even occasionally there is a feeling of insufficient compression. With continuous vibrations of medium amplitude, this feeling of insufficient compression is even aggravated. The handling of large vibrations is quite good, even in the back row, there is no sense of impact or bounce, and the comfort is very good.
An additional mention of the common speed reduction belt conditions in China. When the Yingshipai passes the speed bump, the front axle is vibrating, and the consistency of the front and rear axles is also average. Fortunately, the impact is not big, forget about the moment just now, just do it.
It is worth affirming that no aftershocks were found during the entire test drive. Although this kind of vibration filter performance is wonderful at the same price, it is a pity that compared with his brother Civic, it is not excellent. I hope that the Yingshipai can be gentler and more flexible when it is moderately shaken. The eleventh generation of Civic has achieved flexibility, and the filtering of large, medium, and small vibrations has performed well, but unfortunately, Yingshipai has only changed the model this time, not a replacement, and the transcendence of the replaced Civic is also expected.
I expect that Yingshipai is a B-class car, and the filter should be very flexible, with a certain sense of isolation and high-grade. The reality is that it is calm enough and thick enough, but unfortunately, under medium vibration, the lack of toughness causes it to not reflect the sense of isolation, and the potholes and undulations of the road can be felt by the rear passengers. The vibration that remains of it is beyond the scope of "road sense". Although the performance of yingshipai's filter shock is worthy of recognition at the same price, the clean and crisp filter of the Civic has always lingered in my mind.
NVH: For Honda, it's fine
It is worth affirming that after the noise reached the car, the sound frequency was reduced but not over-down, to put it bluntly, there was no humming low sound, which was commended. The main noise in the car is wind noise and road noise, while tire noise and engine noise are not obvious.
The isolation of the carriage from external noise should be discussed in front and back rows. The front row is very sound insulated, but the back row is significantly inferior to the front row. After the test drive of the Civic, I was very satisfied with the performance of the Civic Powertrain and chassis. This test drive, I will inevitably compare the Civic. I thought that the more expensive Yingshipai would go to the top of the Civic, but unfortunately, in terms of throttle response, steering feel, chassis flexibility, Yingshipai still lost to the Civic. Compared with the Civic, Incepai has only improved in terms of seating and sound insulation.
There is a first edition of this article, and in the first edition, I was too preconceived because the performance of the Yingshipai was not as good as the Civic, and the evaluation of the Yingshipai was relatively low. Later, think about it carefully, The Civic is a replacement this time, and the Yingshipai is a small modification, and the two do not belong to the same generation of products. So, with the time difference between Civic and Yingshipai, I came to the conclusion that Yingshipai performed well at the price point of 200,000, was quite competitive, and was worth buying in the B-class car.
