The gunfire rang out until 11:30 p.m., when the battle was over and the volunteers began to clean up the battlefield and count the results. The results of this battle were remarkable:
27 armored vehicles and tanks were destroyed, 3 cars were blown up, 4 relatively intact tanks and 3 relatively intact armored vehicles were captured, 18 cars were also captured, 2 howitzers were captured, 227 British soldiers were captured, more than 200 British soldiers were killed, and the British "Royal Heavy Tank Battalion" was completely annihilated.
The only pity is that our soldiers did not drive those tanks, so they had to stay there and were bombed into scrap iron by Us aircraft.
