On January 14, the first session of the 14th People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner successfully completed the agenda of the meeting and closed successfully. The congress elected members of the new Flag People's Congress and the leading body of the government, the chairman of the Flag Supervision Commission and the two chiefs of the Judicial Procuratorate, as well as the deputies to the Fifth People's Congress of Hulunbuir City. Min Jie was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner, and Ao Huiran was elected as the flag chief of the Evenk Autonomous Banner People's Government.
The General Assembly shall be composed of 171 delegates, of which 166 shall be present, in conformity with the quorum.
Wang Jun, Min Jie, Ao Huiran, Hao Taler, Yin Xian, Feng Ximing, Meng Lili, Hu Richa, Du Xiaoli, and Zhang Zhikun, head of the Tenth Guidance and Supervision Group of the Municipal CPC Committee, sat in the front row of the rostrum, while Xu Gangyi, Guo Yuling, Gao Xiansong, Tian Xiaoming, Xue Ping, Zhang Haifeng, Wang Jian, Tang Lin, and members of the presidium of the conference sat on the rostrum.
The general assembly approved the list of superintendent voters and scrutineers. Vote and elect the chairman, vice chairman and member of the Standing Committee of the 14th Autonomous Banner People's Congress, the flag chief and deputy flag chief of the Autonomous Banner People's Government, the chairman of the Autonomous Banner Supervision Commission, the president of the Autonomous Banner People's Court, the chief procurator of the Autonomous Banner People's Procuratorate, and the deputies to the Fifth People's Congress of Hulunbuir City. The vote determines the 2022 annual people's livelihood practical project of the Evenk Autonomous Banner.
After the presidium of the congress confirmed the election results in accordance with the law, Min Jie was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner; Ao Huiran was elected as the flag chief of the People's Government of the Evenk Autonomous Banner; Feng Ximing, Meng Lili, Hu Richa, and Du Xiaoli were elected as vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner; Xu Gangyi, Guo Yuling, Geng Yaoting, Wei Zheng, Jin Wencheng, Zhuo Ren, and Wan Hongyu were elected as the deputy flag chiefs of the Evenk Autonomous Banner People's Government Tang Lin was elected chairman of the Evenk Autonomous Banner Supervision Commission; An Zhiguo was elected president of the Evenk Autonomous Banner People's Court; Pan Yuru was elected chief procurator of the Evenk Autonomous Banner People's Procuratorate; Wang Jinghe, Jilin Bayar, Yilan, Liu Feng, Liu Baolong, Liu Yanlin, Namjira, Nasutu, Hongmei, Du Yuhong, Li Wensong, Li Shuyan, Peony, Aradaritu, Baoyin, Baolier, Hao Wenxin, Narentoya, Mozhigen, Sorong, Guo Yonghua, Tao Ying, Han Yuming, Chaolemen, Twenty-five comrades of Erdene were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Fourteenth People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner; and 22 comrades Yongqian, Wang Jun, WuyunQimuge, Burenbel, Yexigawa, Yan Shanlin, Su Mei, Zhang Donghui, Arislan, Yan Song, Zheng An, Hu Rile, Ao Huiran, Yin Xian, Tu Jun, Tu Xusheng, Sana, Min Jie, Liang Wei, Peng Wei, Jin Yimin, and Lai Xuemei were elected as deputies to the Fifth People's Congress of Hulunbuir City.
The meeting announced the results of voting on the 2022 people's livelihood practical project of the Evenk Autonomous Banner, and voted to approve the list of members of the Legislative Affairs Committee and the list of members of the Financial and Economic Committee.

The congress also voted and adopted a resolution on the work report of the Autonomous Banner People's Government; a resolution on the implementation of the Autonomous Banner's 2021 National Economic and Social Development Plan and the 2022 National Economic and Social Development Plan; a resolution on the implementation of the Autonomous Banner's 2021 budget and a 2022 budget; a resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Banner People's Congress; a resolution on the work report of the Autonomous Banner People's Court; and a resolution on the work report of the Autonomous Banner People's Procuratorate. The Decision of the People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner on the Abolition of the Regulations on the Grassland of the Evenk Autonomous Banner, the Regulations on the Land Management of the Evenk Autonomous Banner, the Regulations on the Administration of Animal Epidemic Prevention of the Evenk Autonomous Banner, and the Regulations on the Education of the Ethnic Groups of the Evenk Autonomous Banner were voted and adopted.
The first session of the 14th People's Congress of the Evenk Autonomous Banner closed triumphantly with the sound of the majestic national anthem.
