The second general principal of this primary school is Zhou Guanwu, who is responsible for forming the school. At that time, Zhou Guanwu did not expect to be a primary school principal, and as early as a year ago, at the end of 1949, Zhou Guanwu was ordered to go south after the Battle of the Crossing River. Zhou Guanwu, a native of Ji'an County, Jiangxi Province, was an old revolutionary who participated in the first to fifth anti-"encirclement and suppression" and long marches in the Central Soviet Region, and attended private school for several years as a child. In 1955, Zhou Guanwu was awarded the rank of lieutenant general and became the second general principal of Nanjing Weigang Primary School.
Subsequently, Liu Renqing served as the principal for a period of time. At this time, there was a serious food poisoning incident in the school, more than half of the students vomited and diarrhea, and more than two dozen people were taken to the hospital for treatment, and finally the cause was not found.
At that time, the management of Weigang Primary School was very difficult. The students here are either the children of cadres or the orphans of martyrs, and there is no one to restrain them in ordinary times, all of them are wild horses that have lost their reins, and there are many mischievous "thorn-headed" students.

Jiang Xishu and Liu Zhiyuan gave birth to three children, and their lives were not rich, in fact, even if they had money at that time, there was no place to buy fish and meat.
