From this record, it can be seen that the son of Ji Qi's father was called Ji Chi, Ji Lin became the younger brother of Ji Qi's father, after the death of King Zhou Ping, it was supposed to be Ji Chi who took the throne, but was taken by his uncle Ji Lin, Ji Chi only became a doctor, and later escaped from the Zhou royal family, forming an ancestor of the Wang clan.
Let's not care whether Ji Lin is the younger brother or son of Ji Qi's father, from this record, after the death of Prince Hu, there was absolutely a court civil strife in the Zhou royal family, and King Huan of Zhou definitely did not come to power peacefully as the history books lightly said.
