It is understood that the special action will explore the establishment of a regional children's health management service system under the integration mode of medical education and research, rely on the existing kindergarten and primary and secondary school group health care management, mining digital resource information, integrating regional pediatric medical resources, using the Internet medical technology platform to achieve hierarchical management of children's health in the region, providing accurate individual interventions, improving the efficiency of medical resource utilization, and forming a new model of regional children's health management services that takes into account the overall planning of children's health and disease.
Guan Hongyan, director of the Infant and Child Care Service Research and Guidance Center, made a detailed interpretation of the implementation plan, and she said that the overall improvement of regional children's health service capabilities will be promoted through the establishment of a three-level prevention and treatment network model, the establishment of an "Internet +" medical diagnosis and treatment platform, the provision of comprehensive health guidance services, personnel training and health education. The three-level prevention and treatment network established in school kindergartens, district health care centers, and shou children's offices can monitor and analyze children's physical examination data, screen out children with abnormal indicators and need medical intervention, and refer them to shou'er's diagnosis and treatment through green channels; on the specially set up Internet diagnosis and treatment platform, there are expert teams of children's nutrition, sports, endocrinology, ophthalmology, health care, etc. to provide consulting services; pre-diagnosis, data collection, case screening, diagnosis and treatment intervention, follow-up follow-up, and follow-up of children's hospitals as the guarantee. The closed-loop diagnosis and treatment mode of health management provides the whole process of health management services for the healthy growth of children; for the prominent problems of myopia, obesity, psychology, sleep and other prominent problems in children aged 3-17 years old, the whole process of health management integrated with comprehensive health screening, early warning and guidance will effectively control the rising trend of health problems; the professional skills training and parent health education of school doctors regularly carried out by experts from the First Children's Institute will be more closely cooperated with the "home school doctor" tripartite cooperation. In addition, the special action provides the whole process of health management services for more than 6,000 children in 6 schools (parks) in the region, and also lays a solid foundation for providing all-round and full-cycle health protection for primary and secondary school kindergartens in the district in the later period.
"Caring for and valuing the health of every child is the primary duty and obligation of our teachers." The heads of the Tongzhou Campus of the Polytechnic Affiliated Middle School, the Songzhuang Town Center Primary School, and the Sequoia Valley Kindergarten said in their speeches that the school and kindergarten have always attached great importance to the physical and mental "double health" of students. In the past two years, it was found that the rate of poor vision and obesity has increased, and some students have learning anxiety and self-blame tendencies, which urgently need to be evaluated and guided by professional institutions. At the same time, strengthening the construction of the school medical team, improving their professional level, and exploring strategic measures and long-term mechanisms for the prevention and control of infectious diseases are all problems that need to be improved and solved.
