Xiao Quanfu was born in a poor family, although his parents' income was not high, but his father still managed to send him to the academy to study, his teachers at that time were party members, under his ears, Xiao Quanfu gradually had a yearning for revolution. Xiao Quanfu is very intelligent and able to endure hardships, and he has shown his skills in various revolutionary movements, and at a young age, he was elected by everyone as the leader of the children's regiment.
Xiao Quanfu became a member of the Red Army before he was eighteen years old, although young, his courage was incomparable to that of many veterans, and his spirit of daring to rush at the front made him quickly promoted in the army, and it was not long before he took the position of platoon leader. Later, in the "anti-encirclement and suppression" campaign, Xiao Quanfu received a more important task, that is, to protect the radio station and the head of the radio station. At that time, in order to better complete the work, Xiao Quanfu also took time to study radio, but in less than a year, Xiao Quanfu knew the radio work very well.
In order to understand the enemy's next plan of action, deciphering the other side's radio station became an urgent task, and Xiao Quanfu and several friends did not know how many days and nights they had not slept well for this matter. Fortunately, the results were good, and he successfully intercepted some useful information, which eventually led to a huge victory for the Red Fourth Front.
In 1952, Xiao Quanfu served as the commander of the 46th Army and led the army into Korea. During his time in Korea, he successfully completed the tasks assigned by his superiors, and performed well, and was awarded the Order of the National Flag of the DPRK First Class and the Order of Freedom and Independence of the First Class. In 1955, at the conferment ceremony, xiao Quanfu was awarded the rank of founding major general because of his outstanding military achievements.
In 1969, in the zhenbao island counterattack, Xiao Quanfu became the front line commander, and he also easily saw through the tactics of the other side, not only destroying more than a hundred Soviet troops, but also killing their border defense captains, which can be described as a great achievement, and even the superiors praised Xiao Quanfu's military ability endlessly. After the dust settled, Xiao Quanfu was sent to the northwest and served as the commander of the Urumqi Military Region.
The environment at the border was relatively harsh, and Xiao Quanfu encountered many problems, and every day for the personal life and training of border guards, Xiao Quanfu was so busy that he could not even eat three meals, and he was already more than sixty years old at that time. After four years in office, Xiao Quanfu personally went to the Shenxian Bay post to communicate with the soldiers in 1984, and the most important thing is that this post is located on a plateau of more than 5,000 meters above sea level, and even young people are struggling to get here, while The old general Xiao Quanfu personally did it and refused to back down.
In his later years, Xiao Quanfu successively served as deputies to the National People's Congress and members of the Central Committee, and because of his physical problems, Xiao Quanfu in his later years slowly faded out of everyone's vision, but his deeds have always been circulated in the military.
