The previous insurance price we calculated according to the real situation of the owner's feedback the average price of insurance for a year was 4416 yuan, and the insurance piece needed to spend about 1000 yuan a year. According to the new energy vehicle exclusive insurance launched on December 27 last year, the additional expense of about 1,000 yuan is mainly within the coverage of the car damage insurance, adding additional insurance items such as three power quality and spontaneous combustion.
Maintenance cost:
In the maintenance of this piece, and the traditional fuel vehicle is different, Tesla Model 3 basically 20,000 kilometers of maintenance can be done once. It is divided into small maintenance and large maintenance alternately, of which the cost of small maintenance is 382 yuan, including 258 yuan of accessories and 124 yuan of working hours. If we calculate according to the new car that travels 20,000 kilometers a year, the total maintenance cost of the Tesla Model 3 for the first three years is 2177 yuan, and the average annual maintenance cost is 725 yuan. But these are placed in Tesla sales but in the expression, it becomes "maintenance basically does not cost much."
Electricity:
Tesla Model 3's 2022 rear-wheel-drive version officially gives a pure electric range of 556 kilometers, and its battery capacity is 60kWh, which means that the official power consumption of this car is 10.7kWh/100km. According to our test results, the actual power consumption of this car should be 18.18kWh/100km.
At present, most car owners who buy Tesla Model 3 will choose to install charging piles at home and charge the vehicle through household electricity when conditions permit, and the current price of household electricity is 0.56 yuan / kWh. In some cases, they will also use Tesla superchargers to charge vehicles, and Tesla currently gives its owners a free charging quota of 400kWh of superchargers every year, charging 1.8 yuan / kWh after excess.
