Shanxi found 14 mass graves, the largest one buried 60,000 bones, experts: is the evidence of the Japanese army's crime

After the End of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in August 1945 and the news of the Japanese Emperor's public announcement of surrender, the Japanese army that had wreaked havoc on the people in China was successively arrested by our anti-war organizations and punished as they deserved, but the Japanese invaders caused pain to our country and did not completely disappear. Until now, we can still feel the humiliation and pain through some documentary records, in the 1960s, some experts found 14 mass graves in Shanxi, one of which is the most complete preservation, and the truth of the mass grave is extremely sad and difficult to accept.

Japan was very short of resources, and in order to continue the war, they did a lot of sad and sick things, and the Japanese knew that we were a coal mining base in Shanxi, and after occupying it, they controlled all the coal areas. In order to dig more coal mines, Japan formulated a mad plan to exchange people for coal, the so-called people for coal refers to the capture of Chinese people, let them go to the mines to work, like slaves to dig coal mines for Japan. These Chinese have been working in the dark coal mines, never have the opportunity to see the light of day again, and many Chinese workers have lost their lives because they are too tired.

Others, unable to resist the erosion of the environment, suffered from serious diseases, and the Japanese invaders did not have the slightest sympathy, and when they found the dead and sick, they would usually pull them out and throw them into the mass grave like garbage. Of the 14 mass graves in Shanxi, the largest one has more than 60,000 bones. According to incomplete statistics, when the Japanese invaders occupied Shanxi, they dug up at least 14 million tons of coal mines. These are non-renewable resources and a windfall for Japan. On average, 200 tons of coal are mined, and one Chinese miner dies.

This casualty rate is extremely large, which is particularly painful. However, the Japanese have always been reluctant to admit this criminal fact, insisting that they are running to China to fight a just war, and until now there are still some Japanese veterans who openly whisper in the media that if they have the opportunity, they are willing to go to the battlefield to continue to fight for the emperor. Now that our country has established a memorial hall for the ruins of mass graves in Shanxi, we hope that our descendants will always remember this shame and will not give the enemy an opportunity to take advantage of it.
