The founding general from the "First General County"
In 1919, Jiang Tengjiao was born in Jiangjiawan, Gaoqiao Town, Huang'an, Hubei Province, mentioning the place of Huang'an (now Hong'an), people familiar with military history should be very familiar, because this was the birthplace of the jute uprising, as the cradle of the Red Revolution, the local people felt the revolution changed their lives, they enthusiastically signed up to join the army and support the revolution.
After decades of military career, many of Huang An's sons have grown into senior generals who command the warring side, and after the founding of the People's Republic of China, 223 founding generals were born here, known as the First General County, and Jiang Tengjiao was also one of them.
In 1930, when Jiang Tengjiao joined the army, he was only 11 years old, and he was also young among the red devils, but he was very intelligent, and it did not take long after joining the army that he became the secretary of the Children's Bureau of Pi'annan County in the Eyu-Anhui Su District. At the end of 1934, the Red 25th Army withdrew from the Eyu-Anhui Soviet District, Gao Jingting reorganized the 28th Army, and Jiang Tengjiao, who remained in the Soviet Area, became a member of the Red 28th Army.
Although the Red 28Th Army is said to be a "army", in fact, there are only more than a thousand people, but their military political commissar (without a military commander) Gao Jingting is a guerrilla expert, he led the Red 28 Army to hold the Soviet zone for three years, the movement guerrilla tactics beat 100,000 enemy troops three changes of commander, the last enemy "suppression general" is the old Jiang Ai general Wei Lihuang, but even he can not take Gao Jingting, in the three years of struggle, Jiang Tengjiao accumulated valuable combat experience.
Commander of the New Fourth Army battalion who fought with wounds
After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Jiang Tengjiao served as a staff officer of the Third Guerrilla Column of the New Fourth Army, and after the Third Guerrilla Column was organized into the Fifth Detachment, Jiang Tengjiao was reappointed as an instructor of one battalion and one company of the 15th Regiment.
In September 1939, in the Battle of Lai'an, Jiang Tengjiao led a company to repel more than 200 reinforcements of more than 200 devils, and after the war, he was promoted to the instructor of the third battalion of the 15th Regiment because of his battle achievements, but the three battalions did not have a battalion commander, and he was still a shoulder to shoulder with the military and government.
A few months later, a reporter from the Political Department of the New Fourth Army came to interview, and Instructor Jiang gave him his own gun for self-defense, but he did not expect that when the reporter checked the gun, he actually hit Jiang Tengjiao's bullet belt with fire, the bullet exploded, and he was shot three times in the abdomen.
It turned out that the rear of the fifth detachment of the Nationalist army Han Deloitte was empty, leading eight regiments to attack the area of the half-pagoda set, Jiang Tengjiao rushed to the front line with the wounded troops, and after seven days and seven nights of fierce fighting, the three battalions and the brother troops finally won the victory in the defense battle of the half-tower set, which annihilated more than 3,000 enemy troops and captured countless military supplies.
As soon as the battle was over, luo Binghui, commander of the detachment, had Jiang Tengjiao sent to the Old Shop Hospital of the Jiangbei Command Post, where he arranged for Dr. Gong Naiquan, who had the best medical skills, to take out the two warheads that had been in his abdomen for several days, and while Jiang Instructor was recuperating, he was promoted to deputy director of the political department of the detachment.
General Jiang Tengjiao's later life
On the eve of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Jiang Tengjiao was already the director of the Political Department of the 115th Division of the 39th Army of Siye, and after the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the political commissar of the Air Force of the Guangzhou Military Region, and was awarded the title of major general in 1955, at this time he was only 36 years old, he should have a great future, but unfortunately the old general was late in life, in 1973 he was dismissed from all posts, sentenced to 18 years in 1981, and a few months later the general was placed on medical parole in Taiyuan.
The general's wife, Li Yanping, had been implicated by her husband and had been undergoing labor reform at Hong'an Farm, and in 1979 the organization took her to Beijing to understand the situation, and when she learned that her husband had not been sentenced to death, she breathed a long sigh of relief. That night, she slept soundly for the first time in 10 years.
