Jiangsu electric power department said that it will urge real estate developers to strictly implement the relevant requirements of the "Standards for the Construction of Power Supply and Distribution Facilities in Residential Areas", 100% of all parking spaces in new residential areas are reserved for the construction and installation of charging facilities, and the construction of transformers, low-voltage switch cabinets, low-voltage cable branch boxes, cables and meter boxes will be completed in accordance with the proportion of no less than 10% of the parking spaces, so that the newly built residential areas have the conditions for rapid installation and connection.
