Li Yu's most classic poem: words dripping blood, sentences contain emotion, unconsciously making people red eyes

Li Yu, the lord of the Southern Tang Dynasty, was a poor man who could not help his fate for the rest of his life. He was born in 937 in the Southern Tang Dynasty, and was known as the Elephant of the Emperor because he had two pupils since he was a child, and was jealous of his brother. But Li Yu has only been a rather unrestrained hermit since he was a child, preferring Wu Wuwen to ink and poetry and song.

But fate is such a trickery, in 961, Li Yu was 25 years old, the crown prince Li Jing died unexpectedly, and Li Yu was pushed to the throne. It was a disaster for a prince who loved singing, dancing, calligraphy and painting all day to ascend to the throne. He doesn't understand politics, and he doesn't understand politics. But fortunately, he had the wind bone that a literati should have.

As an emperor who does not understand the government, he can be magnanimous, employ people without doubt, and boldly delegate power, which is really good. If it is a prosperous world, it can at least mix with the past generation, and it is not bad to cultivate the future generations. However, this is a chaotic world, in the period of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, the soldiers are in chaos, and the children are easy to eat.

How could a high-ranking literati who was suitable for survival in the Taiping Period be a king in the midst of chaos? In the eighth year of Kaibao (975 AD), Li Yubing, the lord of the Southern Tang Dynasty, defeated the Song and imprisoned in Fenjing, becoming the king of a fallen kingdom. At this time, the great lyricist Li Yu appeared and wrote many ancient terms that have been passed down to future generations in this prison, such as "Broken Line", "Dark Night Cry" and so on.

However, Li Yu's representative work is his last work before his death, called "Yu Meiren". It was Li Yu's endless lament that he spent three years of prisoner life with the dignity of an emperor, and it was a desperate word. The first sentence of the word", "When is the Spring Flower and Autumn Moon", indicates that Li Yu was hooked by the Spring Flower Autumn Moon as a prisoner of the ranks at that time, and "How much did he know about the past" was asking himself how much he looked back on the past, how much did he understand, as the king of a country, how did he get to this point?

Then the small building in "Xiao Lou last night and the east wind again" refers to the place where he was imprisoned, which means that the east wind blew down the stairs last night. Even with the next sentence, "The homeland is unable to look back at the bright moon", you can feel the scene of the poet living in an enemy country and worrying about the bright moon, as well as the poet's regret and nostalgia for the past. And a "and" just points out the time change of the spring flower and the autumn moon, and shows that this situation of the poet has happened many times, and what a painful mental torture.

"The carved fence jade masonry should still be there, but Zhu Yan changed" is that the poet Li Yu's thoughts have returned to the former Southern Tang harem, when the carved railings and jade steps should still be there. But the beautiful palace girl of that year should have grown old and was no longer young and beautiful. "In" and "reform" form a strong contrast, showing the poet Li Yu's feelings about the fact that things are not human.

In fact, at this time, Li Yu had only been in the country for less than three years, where did Zhu Yan change? It's just that the poet Li Yu can't accept the fact that he has fallen into the country, and he also regrets that he didn't care about political affairs before, and he thinks that if he had put a little thought into it, he wouldn't have been better politically. Show that you can't accept things as human beings.

The final "Ask the king can have a few sorrows, just like a river of spring water flowing eastward" is the final emotional outburst, combined with the above three sentences like infinite sorrow to your surging spray. It's easier to empathize with the reader.

This poem "Yu Meiren" was written by Li Yu in 978 AD, and when he reached the ear of Emperor Taizong of Song, he could no longer bear to give Li Yu a cup of poisonous wine, and Li Yu died. In later generations, this word was widely circulated, and people cried at first sight. This is an elegy for the defeat of a country, and it also establishes Li Yu's status as the "Emperor of Ancient Words". It is passed down from generation to generation and endures.
