Lu Guogang, vice chairman of Haima Automobile, said that the Haima Hydrogenation Integrated Station covers an area of 2500 square meters, which is mainly composed of water electrolysis hydrogen production device, multi-stage pressurizer, high/medium/low pressure hydrogen storage tank, 70MPa/35MPa hydrogenation machine, cooling system and control system. The station is built in strict accordance with GB50516 "Technical Specifications for Hydrogen Refueling Stations", and the hydrogen production and hydrogenation are automatically controlled, which can realize the preparation of high-purity hydrogen and the high-pressure filling of 70MPa.

It is understood that the photovoltaic power station will be completed in the first quarter of this year, which can provide sufficient power for water electrolysis to produce hydrogen.

The project adopts the mode of "spontaneous self-use, surplus electricity on the Internet", produces "green hydrogen" through "green electricity", and realizes zero carbon emissions in the whole industry chain of "photovoltaic power generation electrolyzed water to hydrogen hydrogen fuel cell vehicle operation". Within the "14th Five-Year Plan", the rooftop photovoltaic power generation project in the whole plant area will be completed, and the Haikou plant can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 60,000 tons per year, becoming a real "green factory" and achieving zero carbon emissions.

On the product side, Haima has long started the independent research and development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The first 70MPa hydrogen fuel cell MPV in China has debuted in 2020, equipped with a 120Kw high-power fuel cell and a 70MPa high-pressure hydrogen tank, which can be filled with hydrogen in 3-5 minutes. The cruising range of 800km fundamentally solves the mileage anxiety of pure electric vehicles.
