method

1: Cut the surface of the chestnut with a knife, put it into a pot, pour water, cook for about 10 minutes on high heat until cooked, and fish out.

2: Let the chestnuts cool, peel off the outer hard skin and inner yellow coat, rinse with water, crush into a puree, and sift into chestnut powder.

3: Add 10 grams of sugar, osmanthus paste, glutinous rice flour and knead into cake blanks, and use a knife to press into 2 cm thick rectangular slices.
