At the same time, the District Women's Federation, which has just established a working mechanism with the district procuratorate for the exchange of cadres on temporary duty, learned of the actual situation of Xiao A, referring to article 49 of the Family Education Promotion Law: "Where public security organs, people's procuratorates, and people's courts discover that in the course of handling a case, minors have serious negative conduct or committed criminal acts, or where minors' parents or other guardians incorrectly carry out family education to infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of minors, they will reprimand their parents or other guardians according to the circumstances." and may be ordered to receive guidance on family education". After careful study, it was decided that during the probationary period of Xiao A's sentence outside of prison, the "Order to Accept Family Education Guidance Order" was served to Xiao A's guardian. On November 12, 2021, the "Guidance Order" was delivered, which is the first "Guidance Order" in Jiamusi City, and the first "Order to Accept Family Education Guidance Order" issued by our province.
The staff of the district procuratorate explains to the guardian the serious consequences and legal responsibilities that may result from non-performance of guardianship duties, and urges him to effectively perform his supervision responsibility for Small A. The District Women's Federation invites psychological counselors to provide one-on-one family education guidance for Primary A guardians, guiding how to get along with minors released after completing their sentences, how to help minors move towards normal life, how to understand the mental health status of adolescent minors, how to improve communication skills, and promote the harmonious development of family relations. In view of the fact that Xiao A has appeared unwilling to communicate, social fear, anxiety and other phenomena, and the guardian cannot give the child companionship when working in the field, reasonable suggestions are given. The guardian said that through guidance, he realized the impact of the lack of family education on the child, and must actively improve the mode of getting along, give the child more warmth to the family, and take the child out of the haze.
In the 2022 New Year follow-up visit, the District Women's Federation learned that with the joint efforts of the guardian and Xiao A, the family atmosphere of Xiao A is now harmonious, and Xiao A can communicate with others normally, communicate well with the guardian, not only have a good life schedule, but also go to the technical school to learn car maintenance, and plan to have a better life through their own efforts.
