The Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army led by General Yang Jingyu bravely killed the enemy at the front, but was betrayed by the people he trusted the most, and finally ended up with a different head. The biggest culprit who caused such a tragedy was Cheng Bin, the commander of the First Division of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army.
Cheng Bin has culture and the ability to learn, so since he joined the anti-Japanese contingent, he has been the key training object of the organization, and General Yang Jingyu also loves him very much, and has poured out his experience in leading troops to fight.
Cheng Bin himself also made rapid progress, and as the team gradually grew, he was promoted to the position of division commander and became a member of General Yang's favorite general. However, such an "excellent warrior" could not withstand the counter-action of the Japanese army and easily surrendered to the enemy.
After the rebellion, relying on his understanding of General Yang, he easily speculated on the action plan of our army, causing General Yang's troops to reach a situation of running out of ammunition and food, and even more so that General Yang fell into the hands of the enemy and was brutally killed.
When a traitor is it because you want to "do filial piety for your mother"?
As for the reason for Cheng Bin's rebellion, there has always been a rumor that the Japanese army captured his mother and brother, and if he did not defect, the Japanese army would kill his two close relatives.
And Cheng Bin, who is "loyal and filial piety is difficult to complete", finally chose to do filial piety for his mother, and was forced to be helpless, before choosing to be a traitor.
But in fact, people who have a detailed understanding of this history will be angry and called "nonsense" after hearing this statement. Because, this so-called "helplessness" is just an excuse for Cheng Bin to find himself.
According to the staff of the Northeast Anti-Japanese League Historical Facts Exhibition Hall, because the war situation at that time was unfavorable to the Japanese army, the Japanese gendarmerie team in Tonghua selected some Japanese and traitors and formed a "Long Island Work Class" that specialized in the work of abducting and surrendering in a counter-offensive manner.
From the end of 1937 to February 1938, Hu Guochen, minister of quartermasters and director of the political department of the First Division, and An Guoxun, director of the political department and chief of staff of the First Army, took the lead in defecting and wrote to Cheng Bin to persuade Cheng Bin to surrender to the Japanese army.
At that time, Cheng Bin, who was not firm in his revolutionary will, was actually shaken. However, he did not find a legitimate reason to defect for a while.
Later, it was Hu Guochen and An Guoxun who gave the Japanese army such a "good idea" as "filial piety for their mother", which made Cheng Bin borrow a donkey and become a traitor.
To say that in the team of the Anti-Japanese League, he is not the only one who is threatened by the devil's family. Liu Xian, the former director of education in Yubara County, Jiamusi, sacrificed three family members in order not to defect and not to be a puppet official of the enemy, and since then he has changed his name to Liu Tieshi, expressing that the heart of the anti-Japanese resistance is like an iron stone.
Another female anti-league warrior Kim Soon-hee, who was about to become a mother, bit off her tongue and ten fingers in order not to reveal the whereabouts of the village Red Guards, and finally was burned to death by the enemy with her unborn child.
Don't these warriors love their families? Isn't it "loyalty and filial piety"? Even if Cheng Bin really had a lot of helplessness when he first rebelled, was he forced to be helpless when he did all kinds of evil deeds such as shooting and killing his comrades-in-arms and mutilating the people?
Evil is full of evil
From June 29, 1938, under the coercion of Cheng Bin, a total of 115 people surrendered to the Japanese army one after another, and they also took 1 flat-firing gun, more than 30 shells, 5 light machine guns, 2 automatic rifles, 82 rifles, 72 pistols and more than 6200 rounds of ammunition.
Since then, Cheng Bin has become the main cadre of the Japanese army in counterattacking the Northeast Anti-Japanese League, destroying more than seventy rear bases such as hospitals, garment factories, and military supplies storage points hidden by the anti-coalition troops in the dense forest, so that the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition quickly ran out of food.
Later, relying on his knowledge of General Yang Jingyu, he scattered Yang Jingyu's troops and pursued Yang Jingyu relentlessly, eventually causing General Yang, who was good at transfer, to fall into the hands of the enemy.
On February 23, 1940, when General Yang Jingyu was killed, he personally identified himself and led a team to participate in the "Celebration of the Victory of Yang Jingyu".
Since then, Cheng Bin has become a hero of the Japanese army, and has been entrusted with a heavy responsibility, first sent to Mudanjiang to attack the Anti-Japanese League, and then appointed as the police chief of the Rehe pseudo-police brigade, besieging our army's troops and maiming innocent people.
It was not until August 1945, when the Japanese army surrendered, that he stopped fighting for the Japanese army. However, he still did not stop the evil deeds of killing cadres in the Liberated Areas and maiming the people.
In order to protect himself, after the surrender of the Japanese army, he quickly led his men to defect to the Kuomintang army, fought against the Eighth Route Army in Zunhua, Hebei Province for more than four months, and also brutally killed more than 20 village cadres and innocent people in the Liberated Areas, and threw their bodies into the well.
In June 1946, Cheng Bin was promoted to deputy division commander of the major general for "meritorious service". However, his contribution was to lead his subordinates to kill the workers of the Liberated Area and successfully capture Faku County in Shenyang.
It was not until the liberation of Shenyang in 1948 that Cheng Bin put away his arrogance, fled to Beiping with his mother, wife and children, and secretly fought for the national power.
Through these acts of Cheng Bin, it is enough to see that he is a traitor with a dead heart.
Disguised as progressive, mixed into the People's Liberation Army
In January 1949, Peiping was liberated, and Cheng Bin, who had nowhere to hide, should always get the punishment he deserved, right? The truth, however, is that instead of being punished, he joined the Platon.
It was a month after the liberation of Peiping that Cheng Bin disguised himself as a progressive youth, shot and killed several Surrendered Japanese prisoners, and successfully blended into the ranks of the North China Field Army and served in the Ordnance Department of the Logistics Department.
And Cheng Bin himself is talented, and with the personal teaching of General Yang Jingyu, coupled with his rich combat experience, in the eyes of people who do not know the inside information, Cheng Bin is indeed a talent, so Cheng Bin also became an instructor in the PLA team.
It wasn't until 1951 that a fortuitous event unraveled his disguise.
At that time, Cheng Bin was walking on the streets of Shenyang with an umbrella, and a person hid under his umbrella to avoid the rain. Cheng Bin recognized at a glance that this person was also a cadre of the Anti-Japanese Coalition who had once been a traitor. Since he was an old acquaintance, the man certainly recognized him.
The two people who were pregnant with ghost fetuses reported each other in the blink of an eye. In this way, by chance, two traitors were brought out.
In May 1951, after a trial by the Rehe Provincial People's Court, Cheng Bin, a traitor whose hands were stained with blood, was finally executed by firing squad and received the punishment he deserved.
But compared with General Yang Jingyu and the lives he mutilated, such punishment undoubtedly came too late and too lightly.
The Northeast Anti-Japanese Alliance has been gradually established since "918", and after many bloody battles and how many soldiers have been sacrificed, it has become invincible, which has made the enemy feel frightened and able to persist in resisting Japan for fourteen years.
How heroic was General Yang Jingyu, leading the northeast military and people in the white mountains and black waters, arduous and extremely arduous, again and again to fight the enemy in bloody battles, even at the end of his life, alone, he insisted on circling with the enemy for five days and nights.
And all this was tragically destroyed because of traitors such as Cheng Bin. If there had been one less Cheng Bin and one more Yang Jingyu during the war years, how could China's anti-Japanese road have been so long?
