The number of ranks awarded by the East China Field Army was originally small, so why Guan Wenwei, as the commander of the 11th Column of the East China Field Army, was not awarded a military rank in 1955 after the founding of the People's Republic of China. It should be known that during the Liberation War, the commanders of the columns of the various field armies were the pillars of the battlefield and the main combat military generals of the commanders of the field armies. If they had not sacrificed their lives to charge at the front line, then the commander would have been in vain.
