Peking University Guanghua MBA 2022 "X Plan"
The "X Plan", an MBA program at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, is aimed at graduating students who are about to graduate, examining the comprehensive quality of applicants and selecting outstanding young people with cultivation potential to enter the Guanghua MBA program.
After obtaining the MBA guarantee qualification of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University through the "X Plan", the applicant will be admitted to the MBA program of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University on the basis of the minimum number of years of work required by the Ministry of Education for MBA application, taking the written test and meeting the admission requirements of that year. The program aims to provide 5-7 years of long-term follow-up training for outstanding young people, to open up professional wisdom, plan careers, and realize career aspirations as soon as possible.
#1 Eligibility
1. Full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students in the last year of study.
2. Excellent performance during the school period, or entrepreneurial experience, or international/domestic competition award certificate (including cultural and sports events, various competitions, etc.), or student organization management experience.

#3 Application Process
- Log in to the "X Plan" application service system of the MBA program of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, select the application project: full-time MBA or part-time MBA program, fill in and submit the application materials online.
- Material review to determine interview qualifications.
- Attend an interview to determine your MBA eligibility.
- On the basis of working years to meet the minimum number of years for MBA application stipulated by the Ministry of Education, take the written test and meet the admission requirements for the current year.
- Passed the political review and was admitted as an MBA student of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University.
#4 Eligibility Reservations
Once the applicant in 2022 obtains the guarantee qualification, the valid registration time will be retained until 2028 at the latest (those who voluntarily give up during the period will be disqualified from the guarantee). For applicants who fail to pass the political examination, the MBA guarantee qualification is invalid.
#5 Tuition
Implement the tuition fee standards for the MBA in the year of admission.

01 MBA Lesson 1
Critical thinking and business ethics are the most important core courses in the MBA training system of Peking University Guanghua School of Management. The main purpose is to cultivate the critical thinking ability and creativity of MBA students, so that they can become business leaders with rich knowledge systems and independent thinking ability, able to critically think and analyze various business phenomena and business models in their time, and see their essence through the phenomena.

03 Industry Week
As an important node connecting classroom knowledge with the latest industry development trends, the MBA Industry Course Week focuses on industries such as innovation and entrepreneurship, medical care and health, Internet + big data, cultural industry and cross-border public welfare, and directly addresses hot issues in the industry field.
04 Scientific Spirit and Scientific Literacy (Spring)

05 Humanistic Spirit and Humanistic Literacy (Autumn)
The goal of the Humanistic Spirit and Humanistic Literacy Lecture Series courses offered by the Guanghua MBA of Peking University aims to make use of the humanistic advantages of Peking University to open a series of lectures on literature, history, philosophy and aesthetics, carry forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation, disseminate the achievements of advanced culture at home and abroad, promote social progress, and shape the humanistic spirit of MBA students.
06 Integrated Practice Projects
Peking University Guanghua MBA Integrated Practice Project is a business education cooperation project with the nature of social welfare, which aims to solve the current practical problems of enterprises and improve the comprehensive management ability of MBA students through the practice platform jointly built by enterprises and schools.

#8 Alumni Mentor
Peking University Guanghua MBA "Alumni Mentor Program" invites outstanding Peking University, Guanghua alumni and industry practice experts to serve as alumni tutors for MBA students and "X Plan" students. As a relay of Peking University's tradition and spirit, and a communication platform for the inheritance and enterprising of new and old Peking University people, the "Alumni Mentor Program" of Peking University Guanghua MBA Program was officially launched in 2006 and has entered its sixteenth spring and autumn. Let excellent tutors walk into Guanghua, approach students, and interact with students through a variety of channels, share workplace experience and life insights, inspire students to grow, and lead students' career development.
#9 International Perspective
Dual degree program
The Guanghua MBA has carefully selected 13 well-known business institutions to provide dual degree program opportunities for MBA students. MBA students study in Guanghua for one year and in the business school of a partner institution for one year, and can obtain two degrees from Peking University and a partner institution at the same time.
Exchange items
It provides 134 international exchange programs for Guanghua students, enriching the international exchange opportunities for students. These include: University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, University of Toronto, Northwestern University, Cornell University, London Business School, Bocconi University in Italy, New York University, University of Edinburgh, etc.
International Business Strategy
In addition to the long-term dual degree and exchange program, we open more than ten international business strategies for MBA students every year, so that Guanghua MBA students can experience learning in prestigious overseas business schools, listen to the wisdom of masters at close range, deeply experience the local campus culture, and visit well-known enterprises.
