At 9:00 a.m. on February 10, the special recruitment activity of "Recruiting Locals and Attracting Peripherals" in Nanmo Town was held in Xingnan Huayuan Cultural Square. Zhang Cheng, deputy mayor of Nanmo Town, Xue Junyin, member of the Organization Committee, Ma Jun, member of the United Front Work Committee, Qian Xing, director of the Economic Development Bureau, Kan Haiyan, director of the Party and Mass Work Bureau, and Huang Rongjun, director of the Service center for the People, attended the meeting. Kan Haiyan presided over the launching ceremony.
At the launching ceremony of the job fair, Zhang Cheng pointed out that the party committee and government of Nanmo Town regard the recruitment and introduction of labor and the guarantee service of enterprise employment as an important starting point to help enterprises solve practical difficulties and promote the better and faster development of enterprises, and actively plan, take multiple measures at the same time, and comprehensively promote the work of recruiting workers and attracting labor.
Zhang Cheng hopes that through this activity, he hopes to build a two-way selection platform for enterprises and job seekers, create an open, fair and transparent channel for choosing a job, "attract local employees to local enterprises with work", form a strong magnetic field for talent gathering, and give play to the "depression effect" of policy advantages. At the same time, it is hoped that enterprises will employ workers according to law, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and create a good business environment.
Subsequently, Xue Junyin interpreted the talent policy of Haian, and Ma Jun read out the job requirements of this recruitment activity.
The event was sponsored by the Party Committee and Government of Nanmo Town, and co-organized by Nanmo Town Service Center for the People, Nanmo Town Party and Mass Work Bureau, Nanmo Town Economic Development Bureau, Nanmo Town Trade Union and Nanmo Town Chamber of Commerce. The personnel supervisors of key enterprises of the town department and some job seekers in the village (residence) participated.
