More than 10 billion green and low-carbon industry projects landed

On the morning of February 10, the signing ceremony of Chengdu Jintang County's implementation of the green low-carbon industry circle and strong chain action to build a green manufacturing pioneer city project was held at the Huaizhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. A number of central enterprises and well-known private enterprises such as SNCB Yunnan International, Zhongfu Energy, Hebei Haisheng Industry and so on gathered together, and 10 major projects in green and low-carbon industries were signed and landed in Jintang, with a total investment of 12.94 billion yuan.

These 10 projects mainly focus on key links, core supporting and application scenarios of key industrial chains such as crystalline silicon photovoltaics, with strong chain replenishment chains and strong industrial driving capabilities.

Among them, the introduction of photovoltaic glass, new cutting materials and other projects in the field of manufacturing, the introduction of rooftop distributed photovoltaic development, battery cascade utilization and other projects in the field of application scenarios, and the introduction of fire equipment inspection and testing projects in the field of technology research and development will further improve the main chain and key supporting facilities of crystalline silicon photovoltaic and new lithium battery industries, enrich the new scenarios of distributed photovoltaic power generation and green recycling of batteries, promote the coordinated integration and development of the industrial chain and innovation chain, and help Chengdu accelerate the construction of a park city demonstration area that practices the new development concept.

Jintang County distributed photovoltaic pilot project with a total investment of 5 billion yuan, involving the county's party and government organs, schools, hospitals, public buildings, industry and commerce and rural residents' rooftops, of which the first phase of investment of 800 million yuan, construction installed capacity of 182.1MW, is expected to average annual power generation of 134 million kWh.

After the completion of the project, the annual power generation capacity will be about 206 million kWh, equivalent to 84,600 tons of standard coal, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 159,900 tons per year, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by about 0.11 million tons, reducing nitrogen oxide emissions by about 0.05 million tons, reducing soot emissions by about 0.05 million tons, and saving about 452,200 cubic meters of water.

It is reported that in 2021, Jintang County was listed by the National Energy Administration as a pilot county for rooftop distributed photovoltaic development in the whole county, and is the only pilot area in Chengdu.
