After inquiry, it was learned that the project was a sewage pipeline construction, which needed to cross the pipe jacking on the side of the road, and the relevant procedures and permits for the project had not yet been approved. The inspectors immediately asked the construction unit to stop the construction and explained the relevant highway laws and regulations. After a detailed explanation, the person in charge of the on-site construction party realized the harm caused by his behavior and actively cooperated with the declaration of the road permit in strict accordance with the relevant procedures.
