1. Basic description of the project
The tire industry automatic handling mobile robot conveyor system project undertaken by Machinery Development Technology Co., Ltd. is the core logistics transportation product of the intelligent manufacturing green factory of the tire factory, which is the blood of the green factory and plays a key role in carrying forward the upper and lower levels. The mobile robot AGV is the core product of this project, providing a strong guarantee for the automatic transfer of materials in the production process.
The project system organically integrates nearly 60 forked mobile robots, WMS software systems, mobile robot scheduling software systems, RFID information tracking systems and other components, realizing the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, strong stability, high operation efficiency and information intelligence of the entire system.
Through the realization of automatic transfer and transportation of materials, it solves the pain points of difficult recruitment, high work intensity and high cost of enterprises, and has obvious features, providing strong support for tire factories to realize the transformation and upgrading of green intelligent manufacturing in tire factories.
2. Project innovation
(1) The project highly integrates the equipment of the dense refining workshop, the semi-component workshop, the molding workshop, the vulcanization workshop and other workshops, realizes the automatic and intelligent supply of materials required for tire production, and forms a new set of workshop logistics equipment integrating the material handling robot system, RFID electronic tag identification system, intelligent feeding information management system and integration with the enterprise information system interface.
(2) The project meets the large-scale and multi-variety material supply required by the daily production of tire manufacturing enterprises, realizes the whole process of information binding and traceability of material information in the production process, and provides the basic data basis for finished tire quality control and finished product file management.
(3) The project makes full use of mobile robot AGV technology, computer technology, network communication technology, Internet of Things technology (bar code combined with electronic tag RFID) to achieve the integration and application of OT system and IT system.
3. Industry influence
The successful landing of this project has a huge influence in the tire industry, and has been highly recognized by the relevant departments at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, and the industry has great influence. Many well-known tire companies at home and abroad have followed suit and begun the road of intelligent upgrading. At present, the AGV products of Machinery Co., Ltd. have been promoted to Europe, Asia and other places.
