On June 8, Judge Cheng Huaguo of the Civil Trial Division of the Gaogang Court conducted a circuit trial on a dispute to eliminate nuisance. Due to the problem of the elders, the two parties to the case have been unclear and have accumulated grievances for a long time, and gradually escalated from verbal disputes to fights. Considering that the case had a greater impact on the local area and the need to conduct on-site inspection and division of the scene, the judge in charge decided to move the scene of the trial to the field, combine the on-site investigation, trial and mediation, and resolve the contradictions and disputes between the parties as much as possible, and also carry out legal publicity for the villagers through the trial into the field to promote neighborhood harmony. In addition to organizing the two sides to conduct on-site inspections, Judge Cheng Huaguo fully listened to the opinions of both sides and persuaded the parties from multiple angles from both legal and reasonable aspects, and the attitudes of the two sides were somewhat relaxed. After many mediations by judges and village cadres, the original defendant and the defendant finally reached an agreement, in order to avoid the two sides from having a dispute over the boundary site issue again, Judge Cheng measured and confirmed the boundary pile on the spot, and after the end, the parties were popularized and psychologically counseled, and the case was completely closed.

On April 28, Civil Trial Division Judge Luo Shuping went to the Yong'anzhou police station for a circuit trial on a bankruptcy claim confirmation case.

On April 30, Ye Fei, vice president of the Civil Trial Division, was invited by Great Wall Motors to give a lecture on the popularization of law to the company's employees, explaining in detail the development and innovation of contract writing after the implementation of the Civil Code.

On May 13, Zhou Shuping, President of the Civil Trial Division, came to the Gaogang District Housing and Construction Bureau of Taizhou City to give a lecture on the legal system of "Diversified Solutions to Property Disputes and Fully Protect the People's Livelihood Project" and conduct legal publicity on the long-standing property dispute issues. At the same time, in view of the group contradiction caused by the delay in the sale and purchase of "Sunshine Home" commercial housing, the Housing and Construction Bureau of the United District of our hospital sacrificed the weekend rest time of the cadres and policemen, and spent only one week to properly coordinate and solve the mass property dispute involving 420 households, achieving good social results.

On May 14, Zhou Shuping, president of the Civil Trial Division, came to the Huzhuang Village Committee to carry out the "Legal Protection of the Homeland" lecture hall, explaining the legal knowledge of marriage and family, contracts, traffic accidents and other legal knowledge that the people care about, and at the same time answering legal hot issues on the spot in combination with hot social cases, and giving a practical rule of law lesson for village cadres and villagers.
