China Post is scheduled to issue a set of 2 special stamps for the Year of Nongyin on January 5, 2022, with the names of the stamp designs as: National Fortune Changlong and Huyun Auspicious, and the face value of the full set of stamps is 2.40 yuan. The planned circulation is 40.4 million stamps, 38.8 million stamps, 2.3 million layouts and 4.8 million small promissory notes.

The seventh set of the fourth round of Chinese zodiac stamps was created by the famous painter Mr. Feng Dazhong. Feng Dazhong, a national first-class artist, began to enjoy the special allowance of the State Council in 1992; his works of art are especially famous for painting tigers, and he also attacks landscapes and flowers. He once served as the president of the China Gongbi Painting Society, the deputy director of the Chinese Painting Art Committee of the China Artists Association, the vice president of the Chinese Painting Society, the director of the China Artists Association, the member of the China Writers Association, and the president of the Liaoning Provincial Old Artists Association.

The set of stamps is presented using offset engraving combined printing, engraved by Yuan Yishan and Liu Minghui, and printed by Beijing Stamp Factory Co., Ltd.

This set of stamps is designed by Wang Huming.
