At noon on the same day, some Xi'an netizens said that their "one code pass" can be opened, and the health code service is gradually recovering. By the afternoon, some netizens reported that Xi'an's "one code pass" collapsed again.
Liu Jun, then director of the Xi'an Big Data Resources Management Bureau, responded that at that time, the number of user visits to Xi'an's "one code pass" surged, and the number of visits per second reached more than 10 times the previous peak, resulting in network congestion, resulting in some application systems, including "one code pass", being unable to use normally.
This matter also attracted the attention of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Why does one-code pass crash?
