Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission: Include shared bicycle enterprises in credit supervision, the first batch of US-related groups, Haro and Green Orange

Blue Whale TMT Channel on January 5, according to the Beijing Evening News, in 2022, Beijing's transportation industry will achieve full coverage of credit evaluation and supervision. In accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Measures for credit evaluation and hierarchical and classified supervision of the transportation industry in Beijing (for trial implementation) issued in June 2021, the Municipal Transportation Commission, in coordination with the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, comprehensively carried out the credit evaluation work in the transportation industry.

According to reports, the main evaluation object of the "Beijing Internet Rental Bicycle Industry Credit Evaluation Standards" compiled this time is the shared bicycle enterprises operating in Beijing, currently meituan, Hello and Qing orange 3, will focus on the credit evaluation of enterprises from the perspective of service quality, safe production, legal operation, and industry self-discipline, so as to constrain enterprises to operate in accordance with the law, implement the main responsibilities of user rights and interests protection, vehicle scheduling, data security, etc., encourage enterprises to take the initiative to improve service quality, and jointly maintain market order.

Specifically, a total of 20 credit evaluation industry indicators for shared bicycles are set, with 450 points. The types of indicators are divided into two categories: bonus indicators and subtraction indicators, of which 4 are bonus indicators, with a maximum of 100 points, and 16 subtractive indicators, with a maximum of 350 points.

Recently, the Municipal Transportation Commission will also launch the credit evaluation indicators of the road freight and shared bicycle industry as the second batch of industries to carry out credit evaluation.
