In September this year, Article 41 of the Beijing Municipal Motor Vehicle Parking Regulations increased the reimbursement of road parking fees and reduced the penalty standard. Within 30 days from the date of leaving the parking space, the owner can make up the payment online, if the overdue payment period is not paid, the parking management department will impose administrative penalties according to law. In addition, if the parker causes overdue and unpaid due to negligence forgetting, overtime processing and other non-subjective intentionality, the same vehicle in the same administrative district is not in arrears of more than 50 yuan in a natural month and the supplementary payment is not administratively punished.

It is worth mentioning that Beijing has adopted the model of "administrative law enforcement" to persuade the Internet +, and added a new function of illegal handling of road parking in the "Beijing Traffic" APP, providing a convenient online processing method. After the implementation of the electronic charging problem, the awareness of car owners to standardize parking and consciously pay fees has been significantly improved, and the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission said that the next step will be to improve the level of refined management services and strengthen the construction of smart parking.
