During the opening time of the Olympic special lane, the illegal occupation of social vehicles will be punished with a fine of 200 yuan.

The Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission said that during the Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games, in addition to the government departments, institutions, enterprises and institutions that guarantee the Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games, all units in the city are encouraged to adopt a flexible working system. In case of heavy air pollution, single and double number restriction measures will be adopted.

From 22 February to 3 March, road traffic pressure increased

Wu Shijiang, member of the party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, introduced that according to the contract of the host city of the 24th Winter Olympic Games, the transportation service guarantee period for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is from January 21 to March 16, 2022, a total of 55 days.

During the Winter Olympic Games, a total of 239.5 kilometers of special Olympic lanes were set up, mainly involving the Capital Airport Expressway, the Fourth Ring Road, the Fifth Ring Road, Fushi Road, the Beijing-Tibet Expressway, the Jingli Expressway and some roads in the Yanqing Area. In addition, the opening time of the Olympic lanes is slightly different every day, except for the all-day social vehicle ban on the Beijing-Li Expressway Olympic Lane, the olympic lanes in the remaining sections are prohibited from 6 o'clock to 24 o'clock.

New restrictions on working days before the Spring Festival

According to Wu Shijiang, the tail number restriction measure currently being implemented is valid until April 3, 2022, covering the entire Winter Olympic traffic service guarantee period, and this measure will be implemented as usual during the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

This year, the Spring Festival holiday arrangements have been announced, and I will work on January 29 (27th of The Waxing Moon) and January 30 (28th of the Waxing Moon). The traffic department analyzed the traffic situation on the working days of the previous small and long holidays, because of the unlimited traffic, the traffic congestion situation is significantly higher than the restricted weekdays, when the Olympic special lane has been opened, and the traffic situation in the city is not optimistic. Therefore, the tail number restriction measures still need to be implemented in these two days.

Since the holiday is the third and fourth day of the first lunar month, corresponding to Thursday and Friday, the january 29 (Saturday) is limited to Thursday tail numbers 2 and 7, and January 30 (Sunday) is limited to Friday tail numbers 3 and 8. Wu Shijiang said that when the air pollution process is predicted and strengthened measures need to be taken, in accordance with the requirements of regional joint prevention and control, in addition to vehicles that guarantee the normal operation of the city, vehicles that guarantee the needs of the Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games, as well as public transportation and new energy vehicles, other motor vehicles implement single-day and double-number double-day driving according to the tail number of the license plate, and 80% of the official vehicles used by party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels in Beijing are suspended; except for those involving events, people's livelihood guarantees, and emergency rescue, medium and heavy fuel (gas) trucks are not allowed to drive on the road.

Specific contents include: trucks from other provinces, autonomous regions and cities bypass the roads of provinces and cities around Beijing, and the Beijing Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Department will do a good job of remote evacuation with Hebei and Tianjin to guide transit vehicles to detour.

Dangerous chemical vehicles are prohibited throughout the city throughout the day. The important Olympic-related passages, Jingli and Beijing-Tibet Expressway, are prohibited from driving trucks of more than 4 tons in different directions and at different times.

Implement the air quality guarantee requirements, and prohibit construction waste, slag, sand and gravel transport vehicles from driving on the road throughout the day during the Winter Olympic Games.
