It is clearly mentioned that the flag, team emblem and red scarf of the Young Pioneers of China, the logo of the team cadres and their designs shall not be used for trademarks, commercial advertisements and commercial activities.

Not long ago, the three squirrels also fell into the vortex of public opinion because of the model makeup that appeared in the advertisement.

On December 26, 2021, three squirrels were sent to the hot search because of the "squinting eyes" and "thick lips" makeup of the models in the related product advertisements, and some netizens believed that the advertisement was yin and yang weird, deliberately ugly Chinese.

In this regard, the official Weibo of the three squirrels issued a statement in response, saying that the product was launched in 2019, and the model in the advertising page was Chinese, and its makeup was based on its personal characteristics, without deliberate ugliness. In response to netizens' feedback that the model's makeup does not conform to the public aesthetics and the resulting discomfort, the three squirrels said that they were deeply sorry, and the replacement of the page was carried out at the first time, and other product pages of the company have been arranged to check to prevent similar situations.

On the evening of the 26th, three squirrel controversy advertising models also posted on Weibo, "My eyes are small and I am not worthy of being a Chinese?" She believes that if everything has to be on the line, it is a kind of pathology.

But then, some netizens pulled out some suspected "insulting China" videos previously released by the model.

In response to the suspected illegal problems, on January 3, @Three Squirrels posted an apology letter on Weibo saying that it "expressed its most sincere apologies to consumers and all sectors of society", and said that "in response to the above problems, the company set up a working group to carry out self-examination and self-correction from advertising, official website, product packaging and detail pages."

Three Squirrels was founded in 2012 and listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 12, 2019. The main business of the three squirrels is the research and development, testing, packaging and sales of its own brand leisure food, so the company has become the "first share of Internet leisure snacks".

After the listing, since the third quarter of 2020, except for the first quarter of 2021, the revenue of the three squirrels has continued to decline every quarter. The company's share price also fell from a peak of 91.09 yuan (the previous compound price) to the current 38 yuan.

Just in mid-2021, the three squirrels have also been exposed to food safety problems many times.
