The Order of the Blue Sky and White Sun was founded in 1929 and awarded to 173 people by the end of the War of Resistance. Therefore, on any major occasion, Chiang Kai-shek will take it with him. So what is the value of this medal? In 2012, Chiang Kai-shek's Order of the Blue Sky and White Sun, which was known as Chiang Kai-shek's special number, was auctioned in Hong Kong for a reserve price of 2.8 million yuan, but its authenticity was questioned and finally auctioned. However, in 2013, the special one was auctioned again and eventually sold for HK$7.2 million.
