The Battle of Chosin Lake can be said to be the most tragic war during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, and at the same time, it was also the only battle in which the Chinese Volunteer Army successfully annihilated a regiment of the US army. The Polar Bear Regiment, which was successfully annihilated by the Chinese People's Liberation Army at that time, was the strongest regiment in the US military.

I. The historical background of the Korean War
The Korean Peninsula has always been a vassal state of the Central Plains Dynasty, and during the ancient feudal period in China, Korea has always regarded itself as a prince and taken the initiative to submit to the emperor of China. At the time of the survival of North Korea, Chairman Mao made a major decision to send the Chinese People's Liberation Army to support North Korea. Fortunately, the Volunteers blew up the Pratunam Bridge three times, eventually plunging the U.S. First Marine Division into deep despair. These more than 100 soldiers, in order to strictly implement the orders of their superiors, were eventually blown into an ice sculpture by the wind and snow of minus 40 degrees.
