China Quality News Network News Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspection, of which 95 batches of edible oil, oil and fat and their products, 94 batches of qualified, and 1 batch of unqualified.
The sampling test is based on the National Standard for Food Safety Vegetable Oil (GB 2716-2018), the National Standard for Food Safety Edible Animal Fats and Fats (GB 10146-2015), the National Standard for Food Safety for Edible Oil and Fat Products (GB 15196-2015), the National Standard for Food Safety, the Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2014), the National Standard for Food Safety and the Limit of Mycotoxins in Food (GB 2761-2017), National Standard for Food Safety Limits of Contaminants in Food (GB 2762-2017) and other standards and product explicit standards and quality requirements.
The test items include acid valence, peroxide value, butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA), dibutyl hydroxytoluene (BHT), tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), ethyl maltol, solvent residue, benzo[a]pyrene, free gossypol, polar components, aflatoxin B1, malondialdehyde, coliform, mold, etc.
