Wang Jinshan was so anxious that he ran to Beijing, running from place to place to ask for help, looking for help from the old leaders and subordinates.
With the help of Xie Jueya, Wang Dingguo, Wang Zhen, and others, Wang Jinshan's report was presented to Chief Zhou. Soon, the chief issued an instruction: "Please ask Comrade Jinshan and his party to return to the farm first, and we will solve the problem through the provincial military district." After that, the provincial military district mobilized cars to transport tens of millions of pounds of fruit from a farm in Xihua County to Luohe, filled eight wagons at the railway station, and the fruits were transported out, avoiding the tragedy of "abundant production and no good harvest".
Although he was on the farm, Wang Jinshan's heart was still haunted by the army, and he always said: "I have just reached the age of fifty, and I still have the opportunity to wear a military uniform again." General Wang Jinshan wanted to return to the military, so he sent his second son to Xiao Yongyin to help.
Xiao Yongyin was a star of the Hundred Battles, and during the war years, he and the famous generals Li Desheng and You Taizhong were born and died under Wang Jinshan for a long time, and they made many military achievements, and the three were the famous "Three Musketeers" under Wang Jinshan.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Xiao Yongyin was awarded the rank of major general and served as chief of staff of the Nanjing Military Region, first deputy commander of the Nanjing Military Region, deputy commander of the Chengdu Military Region, and deputy commander of the Wuhan Military Region. When Xiao Yongyin was deputy commander of the Nanjing Military Region, the commander of the Nanjing Military Region was General Xu Shiyou.

One day in 1968, Wang Jinshan sent his second son to find Xiao Yongyin.

In the spring of 1969, Wang Jinshan wrote a letter and asked him to carry it to Xiao Yongyin.

One day in April 1969, after Xu Shiyou met the supreme chief, he mentioned the matter of Wang Jinshan.

In July 1969, after receiving orders from the Central Military Commission, Wang Jinshan took his family from Xihua County Farm to Nanjing.
When Wang Jinshan arrived in Nanjing, You Taizhong, Wu Shihong, Li Desheng, Xiao Yongyin, and others personally greeted him at the station.
After seeing the old leader, Xiao Yongyin's eyes were moist, and he hurried forward. Wang Jinshan clenched Xiao Yongyin's hand, not separated for a long time, and burst into tears.
The day after Wang Jinshan arrived in Nanjing, Xu Shiyou set up a banquet to wash the dust for Wang Jinshan's family.
After that, Xiao Yongyin said to Wang Jinshan: "Old leader, your current problem is first of all to solve the problem of party membership. I have already arranged that you will first go to the Jiangsu Construction Corps and become deputy chief of staff, where you will restore your party membership. ”
A few months later, Wang Jinshan, who had regained his party membership, returned to the Nanjing Military Region as deputy chief of staff of the Nanjing Military Region.
