At the inspection symposium, Li Qi introduced the free cervical cancer screening work in Wuhu City, and focused on the joint establishment of the Cervical Cancer Artificial Intelligence Auxiliary Diagnosis Laboratory by the Wuhu Women's Planning Center and the Yangtze River Delta Information Intelligence Innovation Research Institute in 2021, which applied artificial intelligence and information technology to the free screening of women's cervical cancer, effectively reduced the incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer, and significantly improved the effectiveness of the free screening project for women's cervical cancer. The two sides also exchanged views on women's two-cancer screening, the preparation and operation of cervical cancer artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic laboratories, childcare services for 0-3 years old, and performance appraisal of maternal and child health care institutions.
After the symposium, Huang Bin and his party also inspected the Yangtze River Delta Information Intelligence Innovation Research Institute and the Wuhu Cervical Cancer Artificial Intelligence Assisted Diagnosis Laboratory, and learned in detail about the collection and delivery, detection, quality control and follow-up of results feedback of laboratory specimens.
