Born in 1961, Zhou Feng is 60 years old and has a master's degree. Since 1992, Zhou Feng has successively served as the Director of the Planning and Financial Audit Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Civil Aviation, the Chief Accountant of AVIC Zhejiang Airlines, the Assistant General Manager of AVIC (Macau) Co., Ltd., the Executive Director of Air Macau, and the Deputy General Manager of AVIC Finance. From April 2011 to May 2017, Zhou Feng served as the general manager of the finance department of Air China Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Group"), from November 2011 to August 2017, as a supervisor of Air China, from June 2017, Zhou Feng served as the director of the office of the board of directors of AVIC Group Corporation and Air China, and since August 2017, he has served as the secretary of the board of directors of Air China.

Huang Bin, the newly appointed secretary of the company's board of directors, is 58 years old and graduated from the Civil Aviation University of China majoring in planning finance. In 1983, Huang Bin entered the civil aviation industry and served as the chief, deputy director and director of the finance department of Air China, the general manager of the finance department, the deputy general manager of the southwest branch of Air China, and the director of China International Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd. From June 2007 to December 2011, Huang Bin served as the secretary of the board of directors of Air China Limited.

In addition, the newly appointed co-company secretary, Xuan Haoxian, 59, holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. He has been a lawyer in the High Court of Hong Kong and is currently a partner at The High Court of Hong Kong. From April 2020 to August 2020, Xuan Haoxian served as the joint company secretary of Air China Limited.

According to the incomplete statistics of the Beijing News reporter, in 2021, Air China disclosed few personnel changes to the outside world. In the first half of 2021, Air China's revenue increased by 27.05% year-on-year to 37.664 billion yuan. On the morning of the first day of the opening after the National Day holiday, the A-share civil aviation airport sector rose, and Air China rose by 8.33% in the intraday. As of the midday close, Air China reported 7.91 yuan / share, up 6.32%.
