On August 17, the 40th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 18th County People's Congress was held, guo Lan, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Liu Xiangmin, Liu Liwei, Lu Fangfeng, Xiao Hongbin, deputy directors of the Standing Committee, and other members of the Standing Committee attended the meeting, and Qin Zheng, deputy secretary of the county party committee and deputy county governor, attended the meeting as observers.
The meeting voted on the appointment and dismissal of personnel on the spot, accepted Pan Jincheng's request to resign from the post of county chief of the county people's government, and appointed Huang Bin as deputy county governor and acting county chief of the county people's government. The meeting heard and deliberated the "Report on the Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Chongyi County in the First Half of 2021", the "Report on the Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Chongyi County in the First Half of 2021", the "Report on the Implementation of the County's Financial And Social Development Plan for the First Half of 2020 and the Report on the Implementation of the County's Fiscal Budget and Other Fiscal Revenues and Expenditures in chongyi County in 2020".
