Eunuchs have been a special kind of existence in ancient times, although the emperor knows that eunuchs are not a good thing, but he has to use them, because the emperor wants to use eunuchs to balance civilian subjects and military generals, achieving a relative stability and balance, so that the imperial power will be stable.
If either side becomes bigger, the emperor will not be happy. In the Three Kingdoms of Shu Han, there was a famous eunuch Huang Hao, who controlled the government, framed Zhongliang, and cholera, resulting in the poor strength of the Shu Han state.

Zhuge Liang knew that the Han Dynasty had declined because of the "Rebellion of the Ten Constant Attendants", so he hated eunuchs very much, but the emperor could not leave the eunuchs. Before Zhuge Liang died, he had to kill Wei Yan, but not Huang Hao, why was this?
