In order to supervise and guide the majority of party members and public employees to take the lead in abiding by state laws and regulations, to establish a solid sense of discipline and law, to standardize daily behavior, and to maintain good social order, the Ludian County Discipline Inspection Commission and the County Supervision Commission adopted the method of "first exposing, then verifying, and then dealing with" to report and expose the suspected violations of social order management by party members and public employees within the jurisdiction area transferred by the public security organs. The problem of 10 party members and public officials driving motor vehicles under drink is hereby reported as follows:
1. Zhang Yu, a member of the Communist Party of China and a resident of the health care community in Wenping Town, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 21:32 on August 1, 2021 for drunk driving a motor vehicle.
2. Xu Qingjiang, a member of the Communist Party of China and an employee of the People's Government of Jiangdi Town, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 1:50 a.m. on August 17, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drunk.
3. Lu Xingwu, a member of the Communist Party of China and a villager in Yanzha Village, Ciyuan Township, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 00:17 on September 2, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drinking.
4. Chen Taixiang, a member of the Communist Party of China and a villager in Tianhe Village, Ciyuan Township, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 12:03 on September 7, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drinking.
5. Zhao Zeping, a member of the Communist Party of China and a villager of ZhaoJiahai Village in Xiaozhai Town, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 21:26 on September 15, 2021 for drunk driving a motor vehicle.
6. Liu Yongcai, an employee of the People's Government of Lehong Town, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 22:12 on September 24, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drunk.
7. Xiong Anquan, a member of the Communist Party of China and a teacher at Longtoushan Central Primary School in Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 20:21 on September 24, 2021 for drunk driving a motor vehicle.
8. Ma Zhijian, a member of the Communist Party of China and a villager in Hulukou Village, Ciyuan Township, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 21:34 on September 24, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drunk.
9. Wu Desheng, a member of the Communist Party of China and an employee of the Ludian County Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, was seized by the public security organs at 21:37 on October 2, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drinking.
10. Dai Shunguo, a member of the Communist Party of China, the general secretary of the party branch and the director of the residents' committee of Yinping Village, Longtoushan Town, Ludian County, was seized by the public security organs at 1:10 a.m. on October 16, 2021 for driving a motor vehicle while drunk.
