2022, Rivet Target, All the Way to Flower

At the beginning of 2021, my message to myself is: May you have high heels and running shoes, drink tea and drink wine. May you have brave friends and awesome opponents. May you have a deep affection for everything in the past, but never look back. May you be particularly beautiful, especially calm, especially fierce, and especially gentle.

Looking back on the year, flat trotting was my norm. For me and my team, the preciousness of time is what we have experienced most deeply. I will calculate the value generated by my unit of time, I will calculate the value I receive per unit of time and the value I give to others, I will calculate which thing produces more value per time, and I will calculate the ratio between the amount of valid information and the amount of invalid information.

Even with several projects at the same time in 2019, I don't have such a sense of time urgency. In fact, it used to be an ordered state of efficiency, and now it is a state of exploration + efficiency in an uncertain and disordered state, although it has only changed a premise, but the gap is very large.

2021 is a year of exploration, and my life seems to have a state of up and down exploration every 4-5 years, which is a chaotic, uncertain, forward and backward state, but the heart is determined. This sense of certainty comes from the acceptance of one's own heart and the ability to accumulate over time. It's like I gave up the good habit of walking in the morning for a while during the year, but at the end of the year I have the ability to get up again at 5 o'clock every morning and walk at -5 degrees.

Looking back on 2021, there are too many people to thank, and it is a deep gratitude, which is a kind of continuous feedback to remember for a lifetime. There are also some people I want to draw a clear line from now on, which is the most time-saving and labor-saving cost reduction and efficiency increase, and I hope that it will not be seen from now on.

In 2021, my team and I did what we expected at the beginning of the year: 2021, live up to the time, and finish it! When our company's customers say that our digital transformation consulting profession, when our recommended people have a light on their faces, when the system solutions we provide have really achieved cost reduction and efficiency increase, we have been praised by leaders at all levels, and when we provide business plans to help customers dock business success, when is it happier than this time!

Facing 2022, the heart is very nervous and expectant, just like getting a chance to give a large public speech, preparing for a long time, before going on stage is excited, nervous, expectant, sweaty palms. This expectation comes from the precipitation and accumulation of 2021, and also from the sense of certainty of jumping out of the comfort zone again and again in 2021 and breaking through the pressure again and again.

What I often say is that we must have both good wishes and the ability to fulfill them. So I set a theme for 2022: Rivet goals, all the way to flowers.

2021 is a year of exploration, in addition to completing the set tasks step by step, we spend a lot of time in research, search, comparison, design, we have a new understanding of the goal, we have a clearer understanding of the path to achieve, we also link to more like-minded fellow travelers, we have a deeper understanding of the needs of our users. All of this will allow us to embark on a rhythmic journey in 2022.

First, focus on the way digital growth is done

We ourselves understand that in the process of transitioning from the industrial age to the digital age, it is a difficult process to truly grasp the way digital growth is. We not only have to implement digital growth methods ourselves, we have to master a variety of tools, we need to help our customers achieve digital growth. And in this process, we must go to the false and the true, and master the real practical ones that meet their own needs through deliberate practice.

This process is like learning to drive, at first it will be wrong and unskilled, but when we can drive skillfully, the speed and control will be as we wish.

Second, empower a team with combat effectiveness

Since the first one I mentioned digitalization, the second I have to talk about teams. In 2021, I often say: people can't do anything, nothing can do anything. People are right, they can do anything right. This is what I deeply realized in this era, there are too many teams with resources, funds, and there is no shortage of what they should have, but the people in the team do not fit in with this era or business, resulting in the decline of the operation.

A very important task in 2022 is to build a team with combat effectiveness, the premise of building is to select people, choose the right people with potential, and then empower everyone, so that he can grow rapidly in our team, and if we can't keep up with the pace, we can only survive the fittest. Of course, in 2022, I will spare no effort to give our customer team more training, and I hope to achieve our respective goals through our common growth.

Third, high-intensity rapid iteration

Since the goal is determined, it needs to be done with high intensity, and it needs to be able to quickly review and iterate. We all have methods and tools, mainly to be mentally prepared for high intensity. High intensity does not mean that light effort does not think, for us, it is more high-intensity information collection, analysis, thinking, decision-making, and execution. We also hope that this pace of ours will allow everyone who will slow down in 2020 and 2021 to enter the fast lane of 2022.

In 2022, we will unswervingly implement the above 3 points, we do not care about suffering and tiredness, what we care about is whether suffering and tiredness can be flowered all the way, and what we care about is whether we can achieve our set goals.
