In 2022, the quota of passenger cars in Beijing will be determined, of which 70,000 will be new energy indicators

On December 29, the Beijing Passenger Car Index Regulation and Management Office issued the Notice on the Total Number and Allocation Ratio of Passenger Car Indicators in 2022. Next year, the annual quota of Passenger Car Indicators in Beijing will be 100,000. Among them, the quota of ordinary indicators will be reduced from 40,000 in 2021 to 30,000, and the quota of new energy indicators will be increased from 60,000 to 70,000.

The proportion of passenger car indicators in 2022 is as follows:

1. Ordinary passenger car indicators. There are a total of 28,600 household and personal indicators, and the number of household and individual indicators is the same pool; the unit index quota is 1,200; and the operating passenger car index quota is 200.

2. New energy passenger car indicators. There are a total of 63,600 household and personal indicators, of which 44,520 are household indicators, accounting for 70%, personal indicators are 19,080, accounting for 30%, unit indicators are 3,600, and 2,800 are operating indicators.

It is reported that on December 26, the Beijing Passenger Car Index Regulation and Management Office announced the total number of cardinal serial numbers for the last phase of the lottery in 2021. A total of 11,665 family indicators were allocated in this round, accounting for 61.1%, and 7,435 personal indicators were allocated, accounting for 38.9%; the average winning rate of families was 1.9%, the average winning rate of individuals was 0.3%, and the household winning rate was 7 times that of individuals.

Judging from the declaration situation, the score line of the household new energy index configuration in May next year is about 40 points. In other words, families with current points of 40 points are expected to obtain new energy indicators next year.
