Han Fu (Chinese: 汉馥; pinyin: Han Fu), a native of Yingchuan County, served as a yushi zhongcheng in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Later, Dong Zhuo entered the capital and blackmailed Tianzi to make the princes of Ling, and made Han Fu the pastor of Jizhou, and restrained Yuan Shao, the Taishou of Bohai. Because Dong Zhuo deposed the emperor without authorization and arbitrarily seized power, it aroused the dissatisfaction of the Eastern Han courtiers, and the Kwantung Mushoudu he appointed clearly opposed him. Among the anti-Dong princes, Yuan Shao's prestige and strength were the highest, so everyone recommended Yuan Shao as an ally to jointly attack Dong Zhuo.
Han Fu was jealous of Yuan Shao's influence among the princes, and was also afraid that Yuan Shao would use these people against himself, so he deliberately gave Yuan Shao a trip, either sending people to restrict Yuan Shao's actions or withholding military food. Later, in the name of the Three Dukes, Dongjun Taishouqiaoqiao wrote a letter to the prefectures and counties Taishou to expose Dong Zhuo's evil deeds and show the current danger of Tianzi, hoping that everyone could put aside their prejudices and jointly crusade against Dong Zhuo. Han Fu wavered after receiving the letter, not knowing whether to help Dong Zhuo or yuan Shao. Under the persuasion of Liu Zihui, who was engaged in zhizhong, Han Fu finally made up his mind and joined forces with various princes to attack Dong Zhuo.
In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Han Fu's first appearance was when the Eighteenth Route Princes rebelled against Dong Zhuo. At that time, Dong Zhuo's fierce general Huaxiong challenged in front of the coalition army tent, and Han Fu recommended: "I have General Pan Feng, but I can cut Huaxiong." What he didn't expect was that as soon as Pan Feng appeared, he was beheaded by HuaXiong. Dong Zhuo, seeing that the coalition forces were strong, held Emperor Xian of Han hostage and drove the people of Luoyang to move the capital to Chang'an. At that time, Han Fu and Yuan Shao planned to make Sima Liu Yu emperor and wrote to Yuan Shu for support, but Yuan Shu refused. And Liu Yu himself was not willing to be their puppet, refused to claim the title of emperor, and even planned to flee into the Xiongnu to isolate himself.
In the second year of Chuping, Han Fu's generals rebelled against Koji, but Han Fu led people to suppress it but failed miserably. Yuan Shao because of his hostility with Han Fu, he began to support Koji. At that time, Yuan Shao's adviser Feng Ji said to Yuan Shao: "To do great things, no base is unstable. Jizhou's troops were strong and strong, but Han Fu's talent was very mediocre, and he could ask Gongsun Zhan to attack Jizhou and drive away Han Fu. At the same time, send someone to intimidate and induce Han Fu, and he will definitely surrender. Later, Yuan Shao acted according to the plan, allowing Gongsun Zhan to secretly attack Han Fu in the name of "crusading against Dong Zhuo", and at the same time sent his nephew Gao Gan and his subordinate Xun Chen to persuade Han Fu to surrender.
The two men said to Han Fu, "Gongsun Zhan took advantage of the victory to come south, and the counties responded positively to him. Yuan Shaodong came, the intention is unpredictable, do you think it will be the opponent of these two people?" Han Fu said, "Then what should I do?" So these two people argued from all angles that giving way to Yuan Shao was the best choice. When Han Fu began to waver, some of his other subordinates strongly opposed, saying: "Although Jizhou is small, there are millions of people who can wear armor. There is not much food, but it can also last for a decade. What reason is there for giving up such an outsider as Yuan Shao?" However, Han Fu was determined to give way, and even Zhao Fu and Cheng Zhuo, who had led the elite troops back, could not stop him.
After Yuan Shao obtained Jingzhou, he made Han Fu a general of Fenwu. But this General Fenwu was a fictitious position, with neither soldiers nor official offices. Zhu Han, a Hanoi man who had been bullied by Han Fu at that time, led an army to surround Han Fu's mansion in order to cater to Yuan Shao's wishes, and broke the two legs of Han Fu's eldest son. Although Yuan Shao later killed Zhu Han, Han Fu was still uneasy and asked to leave. After Yuan Shao agreed, Han Fu defected to Chen Liujun to guard Zhang Mi. As a result, Han Fu's front foot had just arrived, and Yuan Shao's emissaries followed on the back foot. The two whispered when discussing secrets, and Han Fu thought that they were plotting to kill him, so he hid in the toilet and committed suicide with a knife that scraped Jian Mu. He can also be said to be the most unruly prince who died during the Three Kingdoms period.
