Bao'an District held a press conference on science and technology innovation to comprehensively interpret the development of science and technology

Recently, Bao'an District held a press conference on the 23rd High-tech Fair Bao'an District Science and Technology Innovation on the sixth floor of the Bay Area New Technology and New Product Exhibition Center. At the meeting, the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau publicized and promoted the Bao'an exhibition area and various supporting activities of the CHTF, and introduced the overview of the scientific and technological innovation work in Bao'an District.

The Bao'an District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau conducted a comprehensive interpretation of issues such as cultivating state-level incubators, integrating into Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation, and cultivating intellectual property rights. It is understood that the number of national science and technology incubators in Bao'an District has increased from 2 to 14, ranking first in the city. Institutionally, through the implementation and dynamic improvement of the park's assessment methods, the use of assessment rewards and punishments to encourage the park to accelerate transformation and upgrading, improve the effectiveness of incubation; personnel, through the development of scientific and technological enterprise incubator practitioner training classes, management intermediate classes and innovation and entrepreneurship mentors and other professional projects, to help the park improve the management level and service capabilities of personnel; in the service, through the holding of policy consultation one-on-one service, policy publicity meetings, intellectual property rights one-on-one and other activities, send services to the door to solve difficult and complicated diseases for enterprises.

In terms of promoting the high-quality development circle of Shenzhen Bay and integrating into Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation, Baoan will establish and improve the development model of synergy and linkage with Hong Kong and Macao industries, market interconnection and innovation-driven support, and build a high-quality development engine with strong global resource allocation ability, strong innovation source ability and strong collaborative development driving ability. Bao'an District will build the Qianhai (Bao'an) Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Cluster Zone with high quality, rely on Tencent's "Internet +" Future Science and Technology City, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor Gateway Area, and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Advanced Manufacturing Cooperation Zone, deepen the linkage development between Bao'an and Qianhai, strengthen the coordination of the innovation chain, and build the Qianhai (Bao'an) Area into a bearing area for the conversion of scientific and technological achievements, an advanced manufacturing industry agglomeration area, and an international high-end functional institution cluster.

Relying on the construction of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Advanced Manufacturing Cooperation Zone, Baoan will improve the innovation ecology, accelerate the integration of production and innovation, and provide support for the industrialization of Shenzhen-Hong Kong scientific and technological innovation achievements. At the same time, a number of applied technology colleges and universities and scientific research institutions have been introduced. Focusing on serving Qianhai and supporting the development of advanced manufacturing, we will build the Shenzhen Institute of Innovation and Creative Design and promote the construction of a common technology innovation center for intelligent manufacturing in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Through the introduction of Hong Kong's advanced technological advantage resources and modern industrial service model, combined with Baoan's industrial advantages to provide application research and development, technical support, talent training, intellectual property services, the formation of complementary advantages, to promote the all-round integration of advanced manufacturing industries in the two places.

In terms of intellectual property cultivation, the Bao'an District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau will form a service group with the Bao'an Supervision Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the District Intellectual Property Protection Center and professional institutions to build a barrier-free communication channel of "government-enterprise-intellectual property-related professional institutions" through the method of "one enterprise and one group", and establish a diagnostic work system of "full investigation before diagnosis, effective interaction during diagnosis, and analysis after diagnosis". Through the one-on-one visit service model, it provides intellectual property diagnosis services for 48 "specialized and special" technology enterprises in the region such as ShadowStone Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Abbott Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and improves the ability of enterprises to protect scientific and technological innovation.

According to statistics, Bao'an District has built 6 intellectual property protection workstations, cooperated with the Bao'an Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau to provide intellectual property diagnosis services for 80 enterprises in the district, carried out 15 intellectual property protection activities such as the Intellectual Property Protection Summit Forum under the background of Shenzhen's "Dual Districts", and provided 66 intellectual property rights protection services. Relying on major events such as "Baoan Release", Baochuang Competition, and CHTF, we will excavate high-quality enterprises, provide professional guidance on intellectual property rights for enterprises, and encourage the creation of high-value intellectual property rights to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises' intellectual property rights.

The relevant person in charge of the Bao'an District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau said that Baoan is in the breakthrough window period of "advantages" superimposed to "winning", the key period of transformation from "manufacturing" region to "intelligent manufacturing" strong areas, the transition period of "following and running" to the conversion leap period driven by "leading", and the period of "quantitative change" accumulation to "qualitative change" sublimation. Baoan's scientific and technological innovation work will also follow the trend, add impetus to the innovation and development of enterprises, and make scientific and technological contributions to baoan's high-quality development.
