
1. Mix 35g medium powder, 7g oil and 17g water, knead into a white dough and let go for 15 minutes
2. Mix medium flour 350 g, maltose 150 g, oil 35 g, water 85 g and baking powder, knead into a sugar pastry dough and let loose for 15 minutes
3. Roll out the loose leather into square flakes.
4. Roll out the sugar puff pastry into a square the same size as the leather
5. Brush the skin with a thin layer of water, glue the sugar puff pastry to the white skin and roll out into slices about 7 mm thick
6. Cut off the corners and form a regular square
7. Cut into long cubes 2 cm long and 3 cm wide
8. Cut each square three times on top of the puff pastry, do not cut through
9. Place the finished honey noodles in a frying pan and fry over low heat
10. Place the syrup ingredients in a small pot and heat until a thick foam appears
11. Oil the fried noodles and place them in hot syrup and coat the syrup evenly.
12. Remove the honey from the syrup with three knives and sprinkle with sesame seeds to cool.
