According to legend, when the Qianlong Emperor came to Jiangnan, he once dined at a small local restaurant in Wuxi. The shop uses a home-cooked pot to be fried and crispy, and when it is served to the table, the marinade is poured on the pot, and the sound of "whooshing-" and "squeaking-" suddenly comes to the nose. The Qianlong Emperor was startled by this and asked, "What is this dish called?" The chef replied, "Spring thunder dragon!" After Qianlong tasted it, he felt that this dish was fragrant and crispy, and delicious, so he praised it: "This dish can be called the first in the world." "Pot meat slices, after being called by the Qianlong Emperor, the value of the body increased a hundredfold, winning the reputation of "the world's first dish".

Ingredients: Pot, tenderloin, shiitake mushrooms, winter shoots, vegetable hearts, ginger, garlic and shallots

Seasoning: Salt, pepper, pickled red pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, water starch, stock

Here's how:

1: Break the pot into small pieces by hand, slice the tenderloin, slice the ginger and shallots, cut the horse ear shape with green onion and pickled chili pepper, and set aside;

2, winter shoots sliced, shiitake mushrooms torn into small pieces, vegetable hearts cut into sections, respectively placed in boiling water blanched water, fished out, set aside;
