Chen Hui, executive director of Jiahe Jinwei, said in an interview with Jiwei Network that in 2021, the semiconductor industry is facing a series of challenges such as capacity shortages. From the market point of view, the price rose in the 1-3 quarters of 2021, and the price fell in the 4th quarter; from the demand point of view, the demand in the first half of 2021 was strong, and the overall deviation of the industry budget occurred in the second half of the year.
In the face of the shortage of production capacity that plagues the entire industry, Chen Hui introduced that first of all, Jiahe Jinwei worked closely with major wafer manufacturers, worked together in the same boat, and had in-depth substantive strategic cooperation with packaging plants.
